The judge is not wrong: this is a direct attack on capital--what's wrong is people are unable to protest the iron-fist of capitalistic rule w/out ever-increasing violence against them & jail time.

As the climate worsens, it's not the protestors who will escalate violence (there will be some)--it's the state. Because the worse it is, the more the state must silence objections to their continued Status Quo burning of the world and resource extraction.
