yeah, i'm feeling amazingly better after ~3 weeks spending over 18h a day mostly earthed, i have an earth mat at my pc and an earth sheet on my bed, and i can tell that my house's earth circuit is good... if you don't have this situation where you live, hire an electrician to fix your earth
i've literally experienced earthing to bad earth circuits that have power leaking into them and you can feel it when you are in a very low energy relaxed tired state, and it actually saps your energy
bad earth circuits were kinda common in the balkans from my experience... one place in serbia i was for a while was so bad you got 12V zaps from touching computer cases!
