A private membership association bank does not require permission from the government and has legal protection structured with or without section 508 c1A in the US
There are many legal precedents for this
Is anyone working on this? I don’t see it being discussed widely amongst bitcoiners yet which makes me wonder if most just don’t know about them. I’ve been learning about them lately
BITKARROT (npub18pu…a699) says that there are some general bitcoin private memebership associations already, but I don’t know any of them. I’d love to get involved and help
