For me w #MECFS + #PEM, orthostatic intolerance (lightheaded, dizzy, blood pooling in my feet) starts as soon as I stand, but my heart rate stays low, too low, not pumping enough blood … unless I’m on my feet a long time (2+ min), at which point my heart starts pounding at 130-140 bpm and continues on even 10+ min after lying back down. Honestly there is NO WAY I could stand 10 min for the POTS diag test w/o crashing
