Any org that’s using canned processes is led by people who refuse to take responsibility. They are passing off decisions about the best way to work to whoever came up with the “framework” so they can have somebody to blame. If they actually cared about improvement, they’d deeply study both their organization and various ways of working, then build a system that will work for them. Canned “frameworks” and the like are a cop out, meant to avoid the real work of leadership.
