oh they were definitely toxic to me. I do a lot of honest reviews on different hardwares and softwares, as I work in cybersecurity professionally. All I did was mention that I was going to be also reviewing the Purism Librem 5 eventually and they went off.
Louis Rossman also had an issue. I still use GrapheneOS but I’ve repeatedly said they need to improve their communication skills and how they handle PR.
