i've got this a little bit now... as well as cramping especially in my feet when i don't hydrate enough
it's from the type 2 diabetes... reading this to get some tips on how to - hopefully - reverse the condition
i've had similar problems intermittently from usually drug-induced circulatory problems for a long time but it has started to become more frequent, and the "neuropathic itch" stood out to me because i get it sometimes on my hands from what i can only surmise is a restriction of blood flow due to sleep posture
