I thought I needed a break from the internet because I was seeing my screen time increase a ton over the past few months, and assumed that was causing upset/burnout.
Nope, I was just using it to distract from the terrible conditions I'm living in right now. After a week with minimal internet access I'm feeling significantly worse than I did before.
Hope you're doing good. I'll take the rest of April off just in case last week was a fluke.
