I grew up in an area that once was occupied France.

As a child, they would let me hang out with grandpas that were veterans and some would talk to me about the wars they had to do.

Some of them were so traumatized that they would simply not talk about this period their faces were without emotions and they were visibly in need of psychological help and did not even get offered therapy.

By discretion, I will not reveal what some told me because if it was a TV program it would be censored.
