western culture is more scientific and egalitarian, its designed in a way where anybody can plug into it. Other cultures evolved organically so its impossible for a foreigner to plug in, they are like xenophobic little clubs full of nepotism and corruption.

Western societies have been artificially designed with the thought of allowing anybody to function and succeed as long as they respect basic ethics.

I don't think the "sense of what's good treatment" varies from culture to culture, humans are humans and they want the same things. Your average young Japanese prefers to live in a western society instead of living in Japan, specially they much much rather prefer working for an American or European company than a Japanese one.

In Japan a white person would never under any circumstance reach a position of power. You can count with the fingers of one hand the times a white man became CEO of a big Japanese company, and most if not all of those times, there was a coup and they were dethroned in a corrupt way.
