On my brief first impressions of openSUSE Tumbleweed: it was neat, but I definitely see it as a more intermediate distro for someone who is new. The lack of a live environment is rough, but maybe there's a conflict with not having a default desktop to pick beforehand? Otherwise it install beautifully.
