What data/studies are you basing that on?
I've seen so much mixed evidence on this (and much confusing between correlation and causation from both sides) that I'm genuinely unsure about the negative impacts of social media on mental health.
Given that, I'm leaning heavily into the precautionary principle and assuming it's harmful until sufficiently shown to be otherwise.
