That's some strong accusations and it would be very nice if you or somebody else could substantiate the claims, maybe in a linkable long-form article.
I had asked about the conflicts of interest myself and not gotten any response.
For what it's worth, Spiral's grant feels very much different than what you describe, so huge shout-out to them.
