Being un-offendable is straightforward:
1. Make peace with the parts of yourself that you don't like (or improve them!)
2. If someone lobs an insult at you or makes a comment about you, it is either:
--- Untrue. So who cares (I'm not fat. If someone calls me fat as an insult, it's meaningless and unhurtful. Ditto that for every other possible insult). People who are wrong about you are not worth your attention.
--- True. But because of step 1, it can't bother you. You've also now identified someone who understands you well. Great news!
3. Realize that it's irrational to be offended by things that don't directly connect to you.
