I think it's pretty clear that Musk abuses his control over "X" and makes editorial decisions forcing people to see Neo-Nazi shit on a regular basis. That's not protected by Section 230 and is in addition to the lightyear long list of legal and criminal liabilities the man should already be facing for his various businesses, such as Tesla. And yet he's walking around a free man still.
Breaking the Internet doesn't solve the problem people think it does.
