Caleb James DeLisle (npub1mh5…233h) It's very positive if the Africans could get something in return for their resources as opposed to only getting inundated in debts in payments for the vital resources they possess. Some bridges, roads maybe some electrical infrastructure. Even trains and railroads. It's only justice. I doubt the world can afford to pay them in full though even the Chinese and Russians.
