In Xenoblade 2, humanity re-evolved from scratch. The environmental factors driving that evolution would be quite different to those of Earth from before, and so all human life would be genetically distinct from the humans of the past.
There is a chance that the genetic code for Bantus exists within the Aegis cores, since they're meant to contain data on all life. But even if that's true, they never use that data to create new humans.
