I've separately noticed that usually (not always?) when you maximize it leaves a little gap around the window. It annoys me visually, but whatever, not that important.

But now I'm wondering if that's working around this issue because if you click at the edge of the screen, you miss the window.

It's still not a fix, because I fail to scroll in that scenario, albeit in a slightly less painful manner. I've made this mistake at least 5 times in barely 15 minutes of coding. I haven't even written anything yet, I'm just scanning source code to figure out what I need to write.
