That looks exactly like where we went! Incl. the "meadow edge" trail around the meadow near the peak.
Too bad my mother can't really go walking anymore. But it's good to know.

There's a great mountain in the coastal ranges, where you can drive across a wooden bridge, and up to what used to be a farm. The hike from there includes a lot of daisies, as well as signs saying that daisies are monstrously aggressive and they're trying to control them. From the peak, you can see the entire Wilamette valley. Got to watch the fog roll in from above.
Anyway I forget what this mountain's called and can't find it on the map HELP

It's a great idea, but I have so little I can compost. Just food scraps really. Grass has weed seeds in it, roses have a fungus, and a medlar drops so few leaves it's not even worth raking. Just food scraps really, and nothing with oil in it. I just dump it in a pile and shrug. It never grows larger.
