@npub1l2v…ajft is close but didn't tell you the full truth about who has a copy of your follows list. Most relays you publish to and some you don't publish to directly have a copy and you can use a fancy nostr web app to rewind to previous follow list states.
I forgot the name of siad web app. But I know it's fancy and I never used it for something else thank regain my follows, however the fancy tool can be used in more fancy ways than what I've used it for up to now.

I know nothing about loop inbounds.
When you deplete your own channels you are more in control about channel closures. If you deplete channels to plebs or friendly nodes which keep your channel up even they have all the sats on their side, then you can have less on chain tx's to do for new channels and you don't have to pay anyone for inbound.
