I agree breathwork is awesome and help us heal us... Yet it's not the ultimate tool.
I've fallen into this trap many times myself. I though "wow, if everyone just did this, they'd heal" or whatever.
There are many tools for freedom. Meditation, breathwork, authentic relating, yoga, martial arts, somatic work, tantra, TRE and many many others...
Depending on what you need at the moment & it will change.

I've been organizing BTC meetups in a small hippy/conscious community. Whenever I'd give a presentation about BTC, men would all resonate with logical arguments. 21M, decentralized, etc. And women would only care about the aspects you say... Health, relationships, society, etc., so would need to adjust the "pitch" accordingly.

Tried to change my email address on the platform (bcs I lost access to it) and it asked me to confirm the change in my lost email (which is why I was changing my email in the first place) and now can't access the account while there are ongoing loans I have over there😟
There must be a way to change the email when we lose access to it.

Yeah, it can be definitely abused. But once per week or every two weeks in this setting is incredible for me.
