I went to a school where every meal, EVERY MEAL, we had to gather in military formation, before being released to go eat. I know, to the gnat's ass, how big a crowd of 4000 is. And Harris/Walz are drawing multiples of that, every rally now. Larger crowds than Trump.
But that's not really the metric, is it? The metric is in people's living rooms, the dorms, the places of community congregation that have the jello salads and home-baked cakes.

American women should be taking greater advantage of the Second Amendment. I don't think their men would be as anxious to enslave them if they plan to sleep next to a woman who is packing.

Not to appear overly paranoid, but it might be time for everyone to have the "scam" talk with their family, and develop 'safe phrases' that help determine that you're really talking to who you think it is.
For instance, if you have a brother named Tom and you think you're being scammed by someone pretending to be your mother/father, ask "Was Terry with you?" A scammer won't correct your question.
And just discussing the scams with your own reinforces the knowledge that there are scammers out there, and it's quite possible they'll target you.
