This presentation of Spumoni looked so great I wanted to make it for my event this weekend. However, I cannot keep Ice Cream.
1) I made an Oreo Cracker Crumb bottom crust.
2) I pput a layer of Chocolate Mousse
3) I put a layer of Cherry Mousse with some Dark Cherries folded into the Mousse
4) I put a layer of Pistacchio Mousse on top
Garnished with some Crushed Pistchios, Shaved Chocolate and Cheries
This should go well tomorrow

Upton Sinclair founded The Intercollegiate Socialist Society.
Teach the Teachers
Promote Socialism among college men, familiarize students with the inherent evils of the American economic system, and promote the establishment of a socialist order.
In 1960 the League gave birth to Students for a Democratic Society, the principal (violent) representation in the United States of the New Left.

Dr. Fauci was a stockbroker, in effect. He reviewed proposals and doled out money.
For those pharma companies who got those grants, he would get a contract that the US gubmint got a piece of the action if it ever went into commerical production.
He, and others, got a stipend if they helped shepherd the drug through the approval process.
Now Trump is doing the same thing.
Its all communism. Get these unconstitutional things out of gubmint and we don't have corruption.

The beginnings of woke ideology was the idea that the law should be bent to benefit those who have extenuating circumstances. This idea started in Chicago.
It morphed from this legal standard, which actually is a lack of standard into a whole ideology of bending the rules to satisfy past wrongs

Powell, and others, see existence and not possibility.
They institutionalize the possibility of increased inflation or the possibility of increased unemployment.
Economics has built in creative destruction.
We don't keep carriage makers employed because their need is now low. We don't bitch they are unemployed.
Rather we embrace automobiles and those employed in tose industries.
Get the Fed (and gubmint) out of the way and the economy can grow

But wiat a minute. If I find something interesting, why should I NOT check it out?
I put up with getting approached by gay guys because I feel I should also be able to approach a desireable woman.
Women WILL approach men but if they reciprocate they are masogynist. Unless, they have 50 billion in the bank.
Gee, I wonder why men often feel they are damned if they do and damned if they don't.

Occupy Dumbocrats has put out an advertising calling the Trump fight against DC crime as Fascist. Resist has joined in claiming everyone should resist.
Imagine these people calling for chaos so they (the dumbocrats) can take over and save the US from Fascists.
Rather like the Brown Shirts executing Krystalnacht and then claiming they would 'protect' and end crime.
This is how Hitler came to power.

The Navy (and Coast Guard) continue to have comman problems abord ship.
While some of those problems have been associated with women, it is best described as DEI.
All too many men, and women, are being promoted into positions they are unqualified for as it is the necessary step for rank advancement.
The folks in Washington seem to think real achievement comes from desk jobs. They don't really see a need for shipboard leadership.
Odd for services that depend on ships

I allege that Powell is already doing this.
While not a fan of Mr Powell, he is the first Fed Chair since Greenspan who has put America (Banks) First.
His predecessors were trying to bring the US down to the level of the EU.
The EU is not a major trading market for the US. Fuck the EU.
The Stablecoin scheme could undermine the EU dollar (as bitcoin has been predicted to do) and speed its descent into chaos.

After WWII the US cut back its forces - modestly.
This freaked out the 'military industrial complex.' How could a Major become a General without a war? How could an aircraft company make money without a war? Arthur Miller certainly showed the exuberance of working for the gubmint making things to kill others.
The reduction was short-lived but the common lexicon got the term 'Peace Dividend.'
After Nam we heard the same thing. So far, no Peace Dividend.

Get hired - good luck. When you leave a job you get 7 years of unemployment at 80% of your wage (it taper off in the final two yeas).

First you wil not get 'all' of them
Second, others will think badly of you for what you have done
After thousands of years of human interaction, you would think we could come up with a better solution.

I repeat, I cannot hire an illegal alien so why are they such an important part of the economy?
Anyone who hires them knowlingly is operating illegally.

"“We want to ensure the good people of the UK that the unthinkable notion of adding salt to Britain’s national drink is not official United States policy. And never will be."
Actually, the tea fished from Boston Harbor was sold as "Salt Tea"
I have read it was pretty bad but free tea sold for cash produced some good

There are a number of quality schools around the country offering competent maritime training.
Where are the US maritime shipping companies?
The Merchant Marine has been virtually gutted and replaced by foreign flagged ships. Too difficult to operate a US based carrier.

Just Curious...
A white person attends Church or, God forbid, is a Christain, he is obviously a white supremacist, christain nationalist, racist. And yet, politics is not allowed to be preached from the pulpit.
A black person goes to church. Black politicians preach from the pulpit.
Help me understand the difference

Jerky
Grilled kabobs
Tandori chicken
Mini tacos

In Latest Empty Promise, Apple To Announce Another $100 Billion Investment In US Manufacturing
The reality is manufacturing takes time to set up and develop. China ws a good place for Apple to assemble their phones. I suppose India was an alternate to hedge their China bet. All is good and everyone is happy. Apple stock is doing well.
Now the rules change. It could take a year to build a new plant, presuming you already have the property and logistics worked out.

The one on the left makes me want to puke

many years ago a woman came to do a demonstration of a disposable product she was selling.
She was hot.
As she demonstrated the product, it disintigrated in her hands. Everything about the demonstration was a filure.
The purchasing manager asked, with a straight face, if the company also sold sheets 😂
The Purchasing manager purchsed several cases of her failed product simply because she was hot.
