With most work being done out of a browser, this is already the case for many people.
There's also FOSS options like LibreOffice and OnlyOffice. Bazzite (and SteamOS) aren't just for games.

I know we've milked this to death but one more fun stat, the vast majority of our downloads are from Windows users and not existing Linux users.
I'm really glad we can make a difference for you all, I hope you're enjoying it.

Very proud to announce that we've finally pushed past the petabyte barrier and delivered over 1 petabyte of Bazzite ISOs in just the last 30 days.
Thank you to everyone that helped make this possible! None of us would be here without you.

Is it a bad day to mention we support local accounts?

If you are an EU resident, please sign the Stop Killing Games petition! They need all the help they can get, and if this passes it'll go a long way toward ensuring the game library you've paid for is playable in perpetuity.

In the latest update we've fixed a bug which caused visual artifacting (Mainly in the game mode interface). If you've been experiencing these issues, updating should fix it.

We’ve always strived to be as transparent as we can about all of the stuff we make. Check out our recently posted user statistics: [universal-blue.discourse.group/t/just-how-m...](https://universal-blue.discourse.group/t/just-how-many-of-us-are-there/6852 )
