They were great fun, and you learned a lot also npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug it was a nice conference. I didn't notice your brother there though :blobfoxfingerguns: npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug jeg er så glad for at jeg er gammel nok til at kunne bruge et gammeldags papir-mimrekort (som bliver fornyet automatisk hver 3. måned) og slippe for alt det der nymodens teknik. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I try to get the app devs in my firm to be aware of that issue, but the client often don't care. Or maybe the designers are too focused on the pretty pictures they make. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug vi kan da glæde os over at det ikke er DAO, for så ville de jo aldrig komme frem. Familien er fuld af ingeniører, så det er kommet ind derfra. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug så vidt jeg husker var der en indsats så pennene stod lodret med spidsen ned. Nu er der en grund til at anskaffe en 3d printer :blobcatwinktongue: npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug de professionelle brugte altid tusch. Og nu er turen kommet til TV2. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug det er også sket for DRs app - enormt irriterende. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug except they didn't get all the way to Berlin, and they were not alone despite what they like to suggest npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug at least you haven't got any need for lifetimes in that. Or dyns, or futures. So much fun stuff to learn npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug not the longest though. Viking longships of more than 30 metres have been found. Skuldelev 2 was at least 30 m and they found the remains of one at 37m in excavations in Roskilde - near the Viking Ship Museum, see http://viking.archeurope.com/ships/roskilde-6/ npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug except for the benefit of having rich parents when you need accomodation in the university town. In Copenhagen then prices are absurd so parents invest in flats and rent them cheaply to their children. That only requires a mere 10-25 million kroner. Just a trifle. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug Det forudsætter at eleverne er ens, ellers vil du få en yderligere skævvridning. I'm in Denmark at 55°27' and we have 20°-ish during the day and 15°-ish at night. But no auroras 🙁 npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I do it after every release, to regenerate the develop and test branches from the new main. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug huh? WTF. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug ah well. Not too bad. Only about 600 metres off. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug true until you try it. I've been in It over 50 years and at one point switched to farming. That is just backbreaking hard work every day all year. So I switched back to IT and try to relax. And now enjoy my 6 weeks of holiday each year. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug that would improve performance npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug did you take the photo from land or from out to sea? At least if they are terrorists npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug nope, but it was probably worth a try npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug a lot of local museums here in Denmark are hired full-time archaeologs. Might be a chance.. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I enjoyed Going Postal even more. Charles Dance as Lord Ventinary is a joy 😂 npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug not bad, compared to eg Icelandic Sheepdog, somewhat like a Border Collie, ie quite quiet. . The cuteness factor is immense. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug we chose a Gammel Dansk Spids for our latest dog. Just a normal dog npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug that is very helpful. It allows you to see if the drum is rotating without bending down. Just as helpful as most AI stuff npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I made a sea-surveying system that calculated positions, collected depths and steered the ship on a HP9825A - in 1977, so a good bit earlier than that. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I have just about given up using rss as nearly none of the sites I follow support it npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug du fik skubbet det til Stevns. The moths enjoy the stink. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug it doesn't change much. But you will learn where the term 'grok' comes from. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug we need a lot of stuff not regulated by the US npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug helt klart. Man bør have en fridag til at komme sig efter hver fridag. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug Assens pouring rain ☔ and more coming. People are leaving the campsite as their tents get flooded. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug ja, men så større glæde når der er en der svarer "Left hand down a bit it is Sir" og det er sket enkelte gange 😁 npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug En serie på BBC fra 60'erne: The Navy Lark. Den uduelige navigatør sub lt Philips ender altid, efter lange og komplicerede udregninger, at give ror-ordren "left hand down a bit" hvorefter katastrofer sker. Vi hørte den hver uge i min barndom i Irland. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug Left hand down a bit. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug oh. Nice! npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug not if iOS only. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug and then shot him in the knees... npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug you're in for some hours of knuckle busting work. Enjoy. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug there is a setting somewhere that allows you to decide when and if you want to upgrade. I found it and live in peace now. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug a long uptime can be a threat. Are you certain that you can get it back up again? After an uptime in the thousands of days I preferred not to do it. Or pray for a power cut. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug it was true far into the 70ies and a bit of the 80ies. The Univac-1100 series used FIELDATA, an uppercase 6 bit character set, and I used 5-bit Radix 50 on Dec PDP-11 into the 80ies npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug but where an unknown number of them are glued to the bottom npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug note that this is a very small ministry with about 80 staff members. And they will only switch a small part of the total M$ suite. So it is foredoomed to be an amazing failure, that will allow everyone to conclude that OSS is useless and we should not switch. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug sitting in the sun, trying to work, but getting distracted by the number of new tit youngsters that are being fed all around me. We have left a large baking tray with sunflower seeds for them. The traffic to and fro is intense. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug unless it's the 13th. Ups just did that. Now I'll just have to turn off my phone npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug well - most types of grocery-store bread has a much longer shelf-life than your homebaked bread. That is one of the signs of ultra-processing. But, yes, not all of it. Some of the bread has content lists with ingredients that I would never put in my food. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I'd go for parka and knitted cap. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I am waiting for the headlines about the piracy that the IDF just committed in international waters. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I do hope you find a solution that will allow you to continue. Do you have any idea of pricing for commercial use? I would love to be able to persuade the customers at work to leave g.maps. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I find that using an alias helps. Setting cd to 'echo use z stupid' for a while should do it. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug too true. You will be buzy then. If your kids live nearby, as they hopefully will. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug thank you for reminding me of yet another song from my past npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug this also shows the advantage of having a civil service that is not politically appointed npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I would so like some stickers like that. The frogs are abundant here. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug d'oh hadn't even spotted that. And I pretend to be a computer nerd. Will return my membership card and leave. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I see two different glyphs in both urls. But I couldn't say which is correct with just a quick look. I think (!) that it is the lower one. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug Så er der da noget de har lavet rigtigt. 😢 npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug they were just So heavy. And loud. And slow. And needed new ribbons all the time. Which invariably got your fingers a weird red/black colour. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug back in 1972 we did quite intensive studies on Limits to Growth at my university RUC, trying to find faults in the models and building new improved simulations. It was very depressing. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug in the early '70-ies I used disks like those, but a little smaller in diameter - 19". 4 platters in a removable stack for 30MB. The drive was the size of a washing machine and used 3 phase 400v at 16amps. We had instructions not to turn it on if the temperature was below 19° centigrade as the coating risked flaking off. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug indeed. A total of 0 failures in 15 launches. Quite impressive. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I have had to handle the 2038 issue back in the early nineties. Calculating when a person will be able to retire passed the magic 2038 and causes all sorts of "funny" effects. The y2k problem was far earlier. People tend to forget that dates are not just 'now' but can be in the future. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug that sign looks like the danish ones. Where are you? npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug so true that! The fun of doing that is mostly lost now, because your GPS will always try to make you take the boring straight way. Hmmm... might get Openstreetmap to have a "find picturesque route button. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug (some) people in Denmark say the same about the leader of the far-right xenophobic and Islamophobic party Dansk Folkeparti. They are the ones mainly responsible for the inhuman immigration laws we have. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug in the good old days - the early '70-ies - the algol6 compiler for Rc4000 had a bug that often could be resolved by adding an extra semicolon at the end of the programme. It was a many-pass compiler so adding something shifted stuff in the pass with the bug. Can't remember the details though. But quite bewildering when you were hit by it npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug I don't know. But I'm almost sure that it is in some form. npub10nsmjmew7yv6jp2lpycry2v42phtyyq3qpsvlshvthmurtx0ukhsv3lhv6 hetoug the danish immigration rules are heartbreaking and mind-boggling evil.
