Bought this TCL portable air con unit over the weekend just in time for the heatwave. It’s only 7000 BTUs, but it’s been surprisingly effective at taking the edge off.
Still definitely getting a proper unit installed over the autumn/winter in time for next summer.

This has been obvious since the very start of the App Store. It’s never been about protecting users. The only surprise is how completely people have fallen for this bullshit rhetoric.
When does  stop getting the benefit of the (long gone) doubt?
As an aside, if they just allowed sideloading it would make these decisions to ban apps from their store so much simpler.

It's so ironic that they are literally the ones that don't get it.
They seem to think the battle is between native apps and electron apps, when in reality it's electron apps vs nothing!

@nprofile…spxs The touchscreen Mac debate feels similar to the one about iOS sideloading. Lots of people moaning they don’t want it who could surely just not use it!
As for people asking about use cases. How about to control your iPhone when mirroring! On top of all the other obvious ones which again, they don’t have to use but are real.

Five (extremely tough) games in 15 days and we’ve extended our 6 point lead to 13 points.
The Athletic got it wrong when they said our “title challenge might well be shaped — not decided, but shaped to a large extent — by what comes next.”
Genuinely didn’t even dream to hope it would have gone this well.
Enjoy your week off boys! 😎

#LFC would absolutely bite your hand off for an 89 point finish.
Arsenal are a great team, but they’ve had a much lower bar to meet to be crowned champions this season and last.
