“We cannot afford Medicare. We have wars to pay for.” - Donald Trump
Burn the Republican Party down to the ground.
Flush it down the toilet of history.
What Republicans call “waste, fraud, and abuse” is keeping you and your loved ones alive.

Not one dime for war until we have universal health care.
Not one dime.

2026-03-09 04:06:56 GMT

They have a billion dollars a day for Trump’s unauthorized war at the drop of a hat.
They always had the money for universal health care — like every other country.
They just didn’t want you and your family to have it.
It is more important to the to give gigantic unnecessary tax cuts to their big campaign donors in the Epstein class.

2026-03-03 17:12:55 GMT

Operation Epic Fury was really just Operation Epstein Fury, and it is rapidly becoming Operation Epic Failure.
Release the rest of the Epstein files.

2026-01-31 16:44:49 GMT

Who’s not in the Epstein files?
Barack Obama - the greatest President of my lifetime

2026-01-31 16:25:11 GMT

Dear law enforcement, a “President of the United States” is not a king. It is just a job title. You are allowed to treat that person like an ordinary street criminal. Especially this one who is already a convicted felon.

2026-01-30 18:25:39 GMT

Don’t think for a moment that Georgia Fort, Jamael Lydell Lundy, Don Lemon & Trahern Jeen Crews all being Black isn’t part of their arrest.
This is what fascist. white nationalists do.
The Trump Administration is trying to provoke and then weaponize a response from people of color.
Having white Americans turn against Trump from seeing ICE shooting white people dead in the streets, has been bad for the Republican brand.

When a CEO says it is "time for de-escalation", what they are actually saying is, "please don't do a general strike or boycott that could lower corporate profits and my annual bonus, or demand that I stand up to Trump's fascism in any way, because I am a craven coward with no principles."

2026-01-28 04:24:34 GMT

So ICE murdering multiple people of color doesn't matter to Republicans.
ICE murdered a white woman on camera, but she's gay, so that didn't matter to them.
But because ICE murders a white, straight, cis male gun-owner, it finally mattered "a little" to them.
How pathetic.

2026-01-24 22:08:57 GMT

If other democracies want to help democracy in America right now, they can start selling our treasuries.
That seems to be the only thing that gets Republicans to take action against Trump.

California has now joined the WHO. Every state in the Governor's Public Health Alliance should join the WHO too.
You'll have to ask other Governors why they've allied with Trump and RFK on health instead.
What would really help public health is universal health care.

If Trump has the money to buy Greenland (which is not for sale and not ours to "buy"), he also has the money to provide universal health care.
He and his Republicans just don't care if you and your loved ones get sick and die or go bankrupt because of corporate greed.

I want young LGBTQs to see the films Cabaret and Bent and to study queer history.
Berlin was a relatively safe city for us in the 1920’s. By 1940, we were being rounded up by NAZIs and sent to camps.

Finding 218 House votes to impeach Trump is actually the easier task. That has already been done twice before.
It is finding the 67 Senate votes to remove him that is problematic. Unless Fetterman plus 20 Republicans also vote to convict and remove Trump, he doesn’t go.

2026-01-18 03:57:43 GMT

We need an opposition party in America. Not after the “midterms”, but today.

COMMENT: "You are leaving blue dots in red states behind!"
--
The harsh reality of Project 2025 and our Federalist Society Supreme Court, and their breaking of the federal government, is that there is going to be widening disparities among the states over the next few years leading to mass migrations as people sort themselves out into the types of societies they want to live in -- long after Trump is gone.
They strategized sixty years for this opportunity. It won't turn around overnight.

2026-01-14 00:58:42 GMT

Donald Trump didn't just give the finger to a protestor who called him a "pedophile protector".
He's given the finger to every person struggling to afford healthcare, food, and housing.
He's given the finger to our constitution, our democracy, our allies, our economy, and to every businesses that depend upon trade.
It's past time for the DoJ to obey the law and release ALL the Trump/Epstein Files. ALL of them.

2026-01-13 22:07:26 GMT

Donald Trump says he will be withholding funds from any state that has sanctuary cities starting February 1, 2026.
That's 27 states.
The federal courts have already told Mango Mussolini that he cannot withhold funds from states.
The courts said "NO", just like Epstein's kids said NO.

I remember a history teacher saying, “when Iowa housewives turned against the Vietnam War, then it was inevitable we would end it.”
This feels like a 1970 Kent State Univ. massacre moment.
When enough white Americans turn against government authoritarianism/fascism, then things start to shift.
We don’t need all the Trump/MAGA cultists to wake up — just enough white Americans to see this as their struggle too. It shouldn’t be this way, but that has been American history.

2026-01-08 16:48:07 GMT

“America First” has always been a euphemism for white supremacy, which is why they will switch from isolationism to imperialism and back as needed on a dime.

Someone could choose to be a historical figure and be the "Deep Throat" of "Epsteingate".

What's going on is vulture capitalism to the extreme.
The superwealthy are extracting whatever wealth remains from middle and working classes before the whole thing collapses. They will be fine behind their gated properties while the rest of us undergo an economic depression.
The kicker is these superwealthy vultures used Trump, racism, and bigotry to get just enough people to vote for their own impoverishment.

2025-11-12 23:15:39 GMT

I don't just want Trump held accountable.
Hold accountable every single person, including every single elected and appointed official, who tried to cover this up, and lied in public before Congress and in the Courts.
Throw the book at all of them.

2025-11-12 18:34:33 GMT

You'd think other Republican members who have already announced their retirement like Don Bacon (R-NE) would sign the Epstein files discharge petition.
You'd think any of those five endangered California Republicans who want to try and hang onto their seats like Kevin Kiley (R-CA) would sign the Epstein files discharge petition.
Every Republican who DOESN'T sign the Epstein discharge petition is protecting pedophiles (Trump).

2025-11-10 18:11:47 GMT

A Democratic Party that takes campaign donations from the corporate health insurance lobby will never pass Medicare-for-All.
People who want universal health care will have to change the major center-left party first.
There are 16 blue state trifectas. Start there for universal health care.

2025-11-10 13:35:09 GMT

If Democrats had caved when they were losing, it at least would have made logical sense.
Choosing donors’ flights over health care for the poor when they were winning shows just how rotten to the core the system is.
So change the system. Easier said than done, but most worthwhile things are.

In this post-Project 2025 America, state elections in 2026 are going to be even more profound than usual. During the midterms, the national media will focus on Congress.
But for elections for Governor and state legislature, the conversation will be, "Do you want our state to be part of the new blue state alliance?"

2025-10-22 18:25:15 GMT

Project 2025 forces all of us into becoming federalists, because it will be years and at least two election cycles before the federal government is fully functioning.
This will be a shift for many on the left who look to big national programs like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid to lift all boats.
If California can have $11 insulin, then so can yours. If New Mexico can have affordable child care, then so can yours.

2025-10-21 01:32:46 GMT

I support expanding Congress. It's been over a century since we've been stuck at 435.
Add 150 members for a total of 585 seats. These would be distributed at "top-up" seats to ensure that the total seats in the House per party matches their share of the vote. Germany, New Zealand, and Scotland use this electoral system.
You "can't" gerrymander if seat representations is proportional.
We could also reflect this change in the Electoral College.

Condolences to all of the LGBTQ teens who were rejcted by their families and committed suicide or were tortured by conversion therapy because of bigots like James Dobson.
I suggest we commemorate James Dobson's death by sending a donation to The Trevor Project.

"It's just terrible that Democrats are fighting back and treating Trump and MAGA Republicans the same way they have been treating other people." - Establishment corporate news media
🙄
(Meanwhile, there is no criticism of Trump or MAGA Republicans in how they behaved in the first place.)

White male CEOs who "fu**ed around" and voted for Trump to get giant unnecessary tax cuts, to end DEI initiatives, and say the "p-word", and didn't care about the survival of our democracy, are now "finding out" that their companies are tanking because of Trump's tariffs and their customers staying away.
I'm going to need a smaller violin.

Republicans were hoping they could delay the horror in Trump's "big, beautiful" Project 2025 bill until after the midterms. But the cuts to MEDICARE, Medicaid, and the ACA are all coming early (surprise!)
If you are angry, Seniors, then take it out on every single Republican politician you know. Republicans had choices... and they chose to cut your Medicare to give billionaires a giant unnecessary tax cut.

If you voted Trump because you liked the pre-Covid economy, what you actually liked was President Obama’s economy. All Trump did was take credit for President Obama’s hard work. Typical.
If you had simply voted for Kamala Harris, you wouldn’t be paying high tariffs or watching job losses now.

Canada is teaching Trump a lesson that every bully seems to learn the hard way.
“Nice” and “kind” does not equal “weak”.

Trump is destroying the economy with his high tariffs and deportations, so like any deranged dictator he fires the truth teller.who reported accurate numbers.

On a break from jury duty. I cannot and will not talk about the case but is very interesting to be in a room where no one is staring at a phone or allowed to be. There is nothing to do but pay attention.

Until there a progressive federal trifecta, progress on health care will have to occur at the state level.
Yes, let’s flip Congress in 2026, but it is just as important to flip Governors and State Legislatures too.
We currently have 15 blue trifectas. Let’s work to have many more after ‘26

Honestly, this front page of the Scottish newspaper 'The National' is an example of how the U.S. news media should be reporting on Trump too.

Venus Williams returned to professional tennis at 45 because she needed health insurance.
It is absolutely insane that we tie health care to employment in this country. It is bad for our economy and bad for our health.
We need Medicare-for-All.

Murdoch has likely had the goods on Trump for years, and could have destroyed him long ago, but didn't because Trump was good for ratings and profits, and could be used to get his dream Supreme Court appointed and the architecture of Project 2025 passed. Now that he doesn't need Trump anymore, he can unleash his ammunition.
Trump deserves it, but Murdoch is not our friend.

The best thing Pam Bondi can do now to save herself and her future legal career is release the Epstein files and let Trump fire her.
