I hate Scamazon. I do not want to do business with them because the clown who owns the company, Jeff Bozos, has been bowing down to Trumpty Dumpty. And the problem starts when Ebay allows Scamazon sellers on their platform. I believe that if they are going to do that then there should be a statement next to a listing that the seller is from Scamazon. They do not do that. So then the package comes to my building and does not get delivered. I wait the entire day just to get a notice.

My landlord is openly disobeying the law. We do not have proper hot water in our apartments. The law states that it has to be 120 degrees. It is not. Yesterday it was 95 degrees (not even body temperature) and today it rose up to 105. I called Code Enforcement, even though they are quite weak. At least this failure by our slumlord will be documented. If they get a fine it will unfortunately only be something like $100. But that is a start.
