I've spotted Boujee hunting in the backyard and neighbors' yards fairly regularly and the last couple times noticed she's dropped some of her juvenile tail feathers so she's definitely molting finally. Yeah right around that many. Ontario is massive though. I'm about halfway between Toronto and Ottawa (roughly 2.5 hours either way). The majority are west of Toronto or up north. There's a few up in Thunder Bay area which is about 17 hours from me

I do but I always remove it when I cut them loose. I fed her a whole quail and she sat in a tree for about 45 mins before I watched her grab a vole and fly up to a different tree and eat it. After she was finished that snack she laddered up on the tree next to her and then took off

Beautiful day today and the next few days are looking decent so decided today was perfect to release Boujee back to the wild. We had a frustrating season as the only thing she killed were voles but I did learn a lot from her and have some ideas of things I plan on tweaking with my next hawk. Fly free Boujee-bird!

Question for #carnivore folks... I did keto for the first time probably 6 or 7 years ago. I was around my current weight, 235lbs and at my lowest hit 158 lbs. That was too thin for me and I eventually went up to 175-180lbs which I felt was perfect for me. I was pretty strict keto but still drank rum multiple times a week but always adhered to my carb limits for 2 years. Then I transitioned off keto and quickly returned to my old ways and now I'm back at my starting weight from back then. In the past 5 years I've attempted keto a million times and never have the results that I had that first time. I track and everything but it's like my body knows the game I'm trying to play. My question is this... will carnivore be different or is it just going to be a more difficult keto journey with the same initial 10 lb drop and then just grind to a halt? What makes #carnivore better than #keto?
