I admit, I am not a vegetarian, but I have cut back. Before, we would both have our own steak, pork chop etc. Now we split one. So, I can safely say that we have cut our meat consumption by about 30%, with beef consumption down ~60%.
A person shouldn't be eating a pound of steak every damn day.
