They need to teach entrepreneur education in schools. Subjects like how to obtain business loans and S-Corp tax accounting. As well as guidance for the unlimited number of regulatory hurdles you have to jump through. My education failed me in that regard...miserably. I won't let that happen to my Son. Because free markets matter and taxing increases in productivity is akin to inflating the currency which steals time and work from people. What if the automation helps small business owners and the tax decreases their profitability? Then you have only the big corps who can pay for high priced lawyers to defend them from said tax creating regulatory capture by a monopoly. Besides the fact taxation is theft and immoral.

Oh and we rented a car which has made getting around much easier, but driving can be a little stressful and confusing with all the roundabouts and some of the older roadways. Good to have a spare tire too just in case.

ES is a very poor country with a sordid past but the people have been really friendly and helpful. Met some very kind and interesting people so far. The countryside is much more beautiful than I expected, and the cities have some very old infrastructure, but there is lots of construction going on and things seem to be improving rapidly. Bitcoin adoption is also growing but not accepted everywhere just yet. My Spanish is terrible but I am learning. So brush up before you go (if needed) and as long as you try you'll be fine.
