@npub124y…5qf8 like the default max 500 chars in a toot limit or the 4 options in a poll.
Based on the code it seems like glitch allows customizing them with env vars.
e.g. MAX_TOOT_CHARS and MAX_POLL_OPTIONS

My fork at https://github.com/Joshix-1/mastodon has pretty good limits.
It's based on https://owo.codes/whats-this/mastodon/tree/owo-4.1.3
