Actually, I don't clip the glow to the visor. When I'm setting up the path to fill, I'll clip *that* to the visor, but the glow should extend beyond the visor's bounds. It's just near-invisible since the base color is so light.

Is stdDeviation the only adjustable value? Based on a quick Google, the gaussian function needs a standard deviation, which controls how much neighboring pixels affect the target pixel, and a radius, which controls how far away a pixel has to be to affect the target pixel, and that ideally they should both scale together. One implementation I saw just set the standard deviation to half the radius, so you could just try 200 and 50, and then adjust them until the output looks like it matches the PNG files. (Pasting one over the other in Krita with the layer mode set to Difference is a good way to test; identical images will produce pure black and any different pixels will be briggter, as the name implies.) As long as the second blue's standard deviation is 4x larger than the first, the proportion should be correct, at least.

The eye glow is basically three glow levels applied on top of each other. I do it with a macro that fills the selection and blurs it a couple times, if I were doing it in Inkscape I'd just duplicate the layer two times and see if I could set the two duplicates to an equivalent of 25px and 100px blur. (Those are the pixel values for 2048x2048, scale accordingly.)

At the request of fedi's resident neomoji historian, @npub178u…3kv0, I've made this_is_fine variants for neodog.
And then I did neomouse, because why the heck not. And there wasn't a neomouse_kisser, so I added that too.
As ever, the emoji can be found at [my GitHub;](https://github.com/SymTrkl/emoji/releases/tag/2024.06.29.0 ) at the moment these are the only things in the neomouse and neodog archives, so there isn't a specific release just for these.
I also added neobread_hug_cat_sad because I noticed that doesn't exist in the base neobread set. As punishment, I have stolen @npub14jn…nkpw's versioning scheme for releases. :neocat_giggle:

It's easier than you'd think. The curved line tool in CSP on a vector layer isn't quite as versatile as a direct vector input, but it works pretty well. It's how I drew the originals, so I just had to recreate the bits that would go behind the 'moji.
