Everybody is thinking, as in the past, that 2 weeks from now there will be an election (Nov 5th)) and that on November 6th it will all be over and we will know.
Hold on to your hats. My crystal ball is telling me that is NOT the case and that November 6th will kick off HUGE court challenges and CHAOS that will attempt (and may succeed) to put Trump in office regardless of the official election count. This is NOT going to be normal in any way!
IN 2020 Trump claimed that it was rigged. There was no evidence that the Democrats rigged or attempted to rig any part of the election. However, there are tons of evidence that the Republicans attempted to steal the votes of the people.
The groundwork for such is being laid!

Interesting thoughts on the show!
Personally, I'm thinking that the name "Matlock" and Kathy Bates had a lot to do with people checking it out. My guess is that the popularity will quickly fall. Thanks for the thoughts!

I am a big fan of Kathy Bates and absolutely loved her in the brief series "Harry's Law"! I also enjoyed Matlock, the original series with Andy Griffith. It was extremely clever and entertaining.
I watched the first 2 episodes of the new "Matlock" expecting brilliance! Believe what you will from all of the hype coming from CBS ...
but I will not be watching the 3rd episode. IT STINKS. Each episode had multiple Kathy Bates references to her name "Matlock, like the old one on TV". It's not clever, it's not interesting and darn well not worth another hour of my time!
CBS .. you F'ed up when you dropped Blue Bloods (great show). You did it again when you put "Matlock" in your fall lineup!

I need some advice from "Dog Gurus". I have always had German Shepherds, never another breed. We all know that each breed has it's own built in traits. Shepherds are extremely keen watchdogs and will let you know if a flea in the front yard farts!
My Abby is 11.5 years old, has several medical problems and likely, well you know! While no dog can be replaced, getting involved with another is good medicine! You don't find Shepherds at the Shelter very often and I am not keen on breeders. They look for $$$ and are not always careful with lineage!
THE QUESTION:
Are there any other breeds that display nearly the same intelligence, alertness, protectiveness and train-ability?
or are there and other ways to find a Shepherd in need of a home?

Agree,and I do not know of ANY religion that doesn't place women beneath men in importance. Even the Christian Bible places men in control in ALL matters.
It's just like Trump! It's all in plain sight and well documented and people ignore truth and fact, preferring to believe lies and their own prejudices.
