Ich war heute auf einer gehen Feier, da kam die Frage auf Instagram oder TikTok.

Longest run, till now. Strength dropped hard in the middle. Couldn’t keep the expected pace.
Day 8 in low carb (~50-60g KH) and just 4h of sleep before did the rest. But I finished the 18km run!

My longest run (till now), couldn’t sleep anymore (woke up at 4) and startet it at 6am. Only had electrolytes and a bullet proof coffee before.
Worked well. 😉 slowly and steadily

Bisher nicht. Habe mal ne Woche keto gemacht. Tag 3 war ein heftiger Migräne Tag. Danach ging’s.
Starte damit gerade wieder, nehme aber den Rat von meinem Bruder (Physiotherapeut) an, 50-100g Kohlenhydrate zu nehmen, auch wenn das die Ketose bremst.

yes, enjoyed the run in the beginning and in the end. The middle part was like counting time from flashes to the sonic boom to check how many meters its away. Lowest was like 3 seconds so ~1km.
Dont know if it was good to run in the forest because there are sooooo many trees or not. Felt better when running throught the streets.

@nprofile…0e30 wanted to run 🏃 15k today in the morning. Waited till the thunderstorm ⛈️ was gone, looked at my weather app, should have had 1,5-2h without rain, and startet the rund. At around 5k the thunderstorm ⛈️ started again. Needed to get home 🏠😄 Atleast the time is good. 👍

Sometimes you have to preserve the old structures, but they are not longer allowed because of fire protection, so you have to use “Knauf Fireboard” to grant the ceiling resistance against fire for 60 or 90 minutes.

Wir hatten da ein Mini Experiment an der uni. War eine Kart Bahn, zwei Kurven, zwei geraden. Also super easy. Eine Strecke. drauf fuhren ~10 Autos. Wir haben es immer nur kurz geschafft gleichmäßig zu fahren. Immer wieder ist wer aufgefahren, man hat „gebremst“ es haben sich Mini Staus entwickelt.

I think there is a mistake in your graphic. Germany does have "Employees social contributions". Or what does count into it?
We pay 18,6% (half employee, half company -> should still count completly) into the pension insurance ponzi
Then 2,6% into the unemployment insurance (half/half)
and 3,4% into the care insurance
plus 14,6% into the health insurance
All is forced and not free to chose
