There was a time when European parents were like bro you’re crazy for leaving everything behind and going to America to build a new life.
Similar thing is happening in El Salvador right now. It takes 3 weeks to get residency here. Won’t be like this forever.
Being early is a gift.

I prefer a country in a building stage over a country at its peak.
Coming to El Salvador 🇸🇻 after having spent 2 months in Norway 🇳🇴 the contrast is vast.
In Norway, it is illegal to sell beer after 6pm on Saturdays and all day Sundays. Put aside your personal views on alcohol consumption, but banning any kind of sales only hurts the merchants profits and is a signal of a country in decline.

There was a time when government had to choose between Keynesian and Austrian school of economics. Austrian school made more sense, but they went with Keynesian because it gave them more control, more power.
Today, the choice is between Bitcoin and Crypto. Bitcoin makes more sense, but crypto would give them more control, more power.

#Bitcoin allows millions of people around the world to engage in innovative ventures.
This wasn’t possible in the last 100 years due to the fiat monies, because saving was a guaranteed loss.
More savings means less time spent at a boring 9 to 5 which means more time for groundbreaking discoveries.

Most of the goods in our lives are provided by the ever competing private sector. Your home, your car, your phone, your boat, your clothes, your medicine etc.
The only useful thing a government provides is security.
The problem with government security is it’s the only security provider that is available to the public. If I can choose from a thousand different phone providers or a thousand different home builders or clothing producers, why am I not allowed to choose protection from a thousand different security companies? It’s not like there aren’t any, it’s that the government imposes its services by force.
If you don’t like your android, you replace it with an iPhone. If you don’t think a government is doing a good job at protecting your life and property or it’s simply too expensive, you should be able to cancel your government subscription(tax) and obtain these services elsewhere.

Most countries offer residency by investment.
For example, Costa Rica 🇨🇷- you buy a one hundred and fifty thousand dollar property and boom you’re a resident.
Or take Montenegro 🇲🇪 in the Balkans - they don’t even have a minimum investment amount. Buy a tiny old hut in the mountains for $50K and boom you got yourself a European passport.
#Bitcoin is borderless, which means you can be borderless.

Being a bureaucrat is not an accomplishment.
When did the world decide to settle for losers to run their countries?
We need leaders who inspire, not make us barf. Those who have merit, not community service experience. Those who are successful, not the ones who plunder their own citizens. Those who others will follow, not the ones who make others follow by force.
