Finally added the 269 grooves from the https://shittyrecording.studio/ "Pocket Operator" (with a little processing help by notebooklm) to https://metacpan.org/pod/MIDI::Drummer::Tiny::Grooves - Whew! Now I can ask for house, or rock, etc. and get common 16-beat patterns to play or import to my DAW. :D
( Oh yeah and my drummer module actually installs on Windows now, by replacing Algorithm::Combinatorics with a small, recursive function. :eyeroll: )

Trying to asynchronously send a MIDI clock message, but the interval is always a bit longer than what I tell it to loop over. I tell it 120 beats per minute, but my MIDI device tells me it's clocking at 114 BPM.
Why is the loop interval not being honored with my code?
For the record, I am trying to wrap my head around asyncio but am obviously not using it correctly. Here is some code I cobbled together from brain/web:

However when I showed another object with a similar design, he said, "No! Use 2 combined STLs for multicolor.
So that is what to do: Place a separate, colored QR code on the thin card surface. It should print better... YMMV

#3dPrinting a replacement Cracker Joack prize for my girlfriend. It's a 5 mm disk with a 1 mm tall x 3 mm diameter cylinder on top. This cylinder has a hole 1 mm in diameter that is too big by not sure how much yet. Trying 0.1 mm increase increments. At some point the object won't slice. Not sure at what point yet. Wish me luck! 🤞

"Draw a map of Antarctica with the ice removed, and show features like Lake Vostok, Wilkes Land Crater, and other features."
Besides Microsoft Copilot, every single one failed, by drawing some cartoon bullshit or completely ignoring the instruction about "no ice."
Still, the features are off. The crater is probably not a giant perfect circle. And that's not Vostok.

So yeah. I just cured my cold with CDS (chlorine dioxide solution made by diffusing the gas into water). This kills parasites, which everyone is full of. My girlfriend eliminates inflammation in her hands with it, too. The American medical system wants you to think that this is a "poison", because it would topple their billion dollar a year profits. Look it up on that disinformation crapshoot Wikipedia. Anyway, do yourself a favor and learn how to make it. Use it for everything. It is a panacea.

Well after printing 3 spools of filament with no problems, suddenly my FlashForge Adventurer 5M makes an ugly stuttering ratcheting sound and says, "No trigger on probe. Please check level sensor."

After being the target of employment scams, here are some signs: 1. Their domain was registered last month. 2. Their email signature doesn't include a phone number. 3. When you ask to speak to someone, they never reply. 4. Their "test" is a bunch of easy questions about how you'd do things, and not how you would solve a specific set of problems. 5. They offer you a job with no human contact. 6. The offer is overly enthusiastic, not professional and succinct.
