this would make it easier to amend the constitution, so, that:
* DC people could have a vote in Congress;
* electoral college could get replaced by a national propositional election;
* second amendment could be rewritten, as to make it clear that people don't have the right to have a gun without a proper training and such;

oh, as he want a convention to amend the constitution, maybe they could change art. 5, so that:
* 3/5ths instead of 2/3rds of states need to agree on calling a Convention;
* ratification is done by referendum* with a 3/5ths threshold;
* the referendum shall take place when the new president is sworn in as not to compete with the elections.
*Don't forget to give all citizens older than 18 suffrage rights!
