Around an hour in:
Before Russian sanctions in 2022:
80% of Russian global trade was transacted in USD (50%) and EUR (30%).
It is now 35% in rubles, 35% Yuan and 13% USD/EUR.
More countries (especially non-G7) are cutting back on both dollar reserves and transacting in USD.

The thought of an obese politician, with unknown qualifications, attempting to take away parental rights under the guise of public health is pretty wild.
Next week, she'll be hosting "big is beautiful" yoga classes sponsored by Pepsi.
The money that has flooded the SF Bay for the last 50 years has literally rotted people's brains.

In the media, it's easier to point out the good actors. They are so few and far between.

The herb/berry components of gin are probably both easier to replicate in NA and more recognizable on the palette.
I believe whiskey flavors are generated by the grain component in the mashbill (corn/wheat/rye) pre-distillation and the aging process after. Guessing it's much, much harder.
If you're a fan of sour beers, I've seen one (Barrell brothers I think) where they remove the alcohol from a traditionally produced beer using a vacuum. Apparently the alcohol is then repurposed into canned cocktails. It's pretty cool and surprisingly delicious.

Cycling is fantastic. Easier on the knees then running and you can integrate into daily life by commuting or do HIIT if it suits you.
Getting out in the sun in the morning and a breeze is a great start to any day.
