It's STILL Groyper Season

Big thanks to everyone who showed up to Special Boy Tea Tunes earlier. We went for over 4 hours and had a good turnout.
Next weekend, we'll be doing our annual Special Boy Tea Tunes in memory of Sky King. Hope to see you there!

Today's Coffee Report:
Started off mundanely with a Peet's "Luminosa Breakfast Blend" K-Cup in the Keurig. Had with an everything bagel, raw ape style. Oh yeah.
Soon after, I brewed up a second cup: a Peet's "French Roast" K-Cup in the Keurig. Tasted like roasted gorilla ass.
And oh how sweet it is, my friends. All for now

Today's Coffee Report:
Check this out, I got up and brewed up a Peet's "Luminosa Breakfast Blend" K-Cup in the Keurig. Big whoop. Had this with a toasted everything bagel topped with ape oil and simian salt. So what?
Soon after, I brewed up a Peet's "Café Domingo" K-Cup in the Keurig. Big deal.
And oh how sweet it is, my friends. All for now

HUGE thanks to everyone who showed up to the final Special Boy Tea Tunes of Groyper Season 2024. We had a great turnout, with the room consistently having over 40 people in there. We went for about 4.5 hours. Our bonds of powerful friendship were once again strengthened and renewed.
Big thanks to everyone who supported #GroyperSeason and to everyone who showed up to the Tea Tunes, Party Jams sessions, and Anime Nights we did. We did 8 Tea Tunes sessions, 3 Party Jams sessions, and 2 Anime Nights in all, including a Euro Time Tea Tunes.
We still have a few more days left of Groyper Season, officially. This week, I will be posting some content I didn't get to yet and I encourage you to do the same. If you have anything Groyper Season related you'd like to post under the tag, please do.
Thanks again friends, and enjoy the remaining days of the season. I will return to hosting Tea Tunes in either late September or early October. See you there!

Today's SECOND literal Bug of the Day (or BONUS bug, if you prefer) is this adult Spotted Lanternfly (Lycorma delicatula) that I saw on the same hike with the grasshopper a couple of days ago.
I did two different Spotted Lanternfly entries last year, both in adult and nymph form. They are notorious invasive pests from Asia. I haven't seen as many this year.
Like the grasshopper, I also gently poked this bug with my finger a bit and got it to fly off. I then continued on my hike.

Today's Coffee Report:
A Double Bagel Day.
Woke up on little sleep. Started roughly by brewing up a Peet's "Café Domingo" K-Cup in the Keurig. Had with an everything bagel, raw ape style.
This was enough to fuel a sweet hike I did later on. When I got back from the hike, I was very tired, so I brewed up another cup of mediocre coffee. This time it was a Peet's "French Roast" K-Cup in the Keurig. Had with a toasted everything bagel topped with ape oil and simian salt.
And oh how sweet it is, my friends. All for now

reading reports that Trump is scared, he has a small penis, one testicle, he is pissing and shitting his diaper, he is screaming, his false teeth fell out, his wig fell off, he is terrified of Kamala, he is crying and scared, he is getting a divorce soon, he is going to jail, his diaper is full, he is broke, he has literally no money, he is being sued, everyone in the entire world is laughing at him, Texas is currently turning blue as we speak, etc

My favorite thing about this is the fact that on the one hand, they think Trump is some amazing genius that will save the U.S., and on the other hand, also think he is a total retard who is easily swayed and controlled by whoever happens to walk into the room.
Why would need to "save" an adult running for President from his own choices? If you need to do that, that means he's really bad at making choices and is going to be a useful idiot at some point. So why is he worth "saving" from his choices, then? To what end?

Today's Coffee Report:
A Double Big Bang Day.
Woke up TIRED because I didn't get enough sleep. So I started off with a BANG...a Big Bang. Got up and brewed up a Peet's "Big Bang" K-Cup in the Keurig. Had with a toasted everything bagel topped with ape oil and simian salt. Are you shocked by this?
Right after, I brewed up a second Big Bang and sipped this down for some explosive ape energy.
Later on, I craved more disgusting energy, so I brewed up a Starbucks "Veranda Blend" K-Cup in the Keurig and ingested this. Forgive me.
And oh how sweet it is, my friends. All for now

Today's Coffee Report:
Started off with a Starbucks "Breakfast Blend" K-Cup in the Keurig. Had with a toasted everything bagel topped with ape oil and simian salt. Was going to have more coffee before Tea Tunes to fortify myself with some additional ape energy, but I didn't find the time.
At Special Boy Tea Tunes, I started off with a very special tea. I brewed up a packet of Bigelow "Earl Grey" Black Tea. I've had this box of tea for a long time now, since around the time Tea Tunes started. So the box is probably from 2017 or 2018. It expired in July 2020, but I still have a pouch of it every July as a ritual, even though its stale. This was the second to last pouch, which means next year I will finally finish it. Anyway, the tea was OK, mostly just lacking strong flavor.
For my second cup, I brewed up the traditional Special Boy Tea: Twinings "Honeybush, Mandarin & Orange" Herbal Tea. Was cozy, as usual. I didn't even burn my claw on it whilst sipping.
And oh how sweet it is, my friends. All for now

Anyone here know a lot about mechanical keyboards?
My mixbox-style controlled uses mechanical keys. I think one of the switch sockets got worn out and no longer holds the switch in. Tried replacing the switch and it still comes out easily. I want to glue it back in, as in adhering the switch housing to the pcb board, but not sure what to use.
