This conflict is forcing Iran's government to become very decentralised. Each region now has increased responsibilities and is essentially running its own army. Hopefully doesn't lead to civil war.

Yeah the dict format includes index (.idx) files. They need to be together in a folder

I actually just finished the app. It accepts a certain format of dictionary files but if you check the readme it shows you how to convert .txt to .dict
