not in this city, you can walk for miles along the beach and there aren’t more than around 20-30 blacks among the 20 000 population. You just walk and walk or go swimming. You can swim here 7-8 months a year. Nobody here uses that opportunity besides me so I got a entire beach for myself most of year right under my house

I only been fat around 6 years of my life when I was on a medication that made me bloated. Zyprexa, a antipsychotics. Now I am on a antipsychotic that doesn’t affect my weight at all. But I felt terrible being fat

it’s really hard to lose weight when you are very fat. Very difficult. Not eating as much won’t do it. It’s just when you are slightly fat or a little more than you should it’s easy. It takes a long time when you are extremely overweight

my father smoked over 3 packs of cigarettes all his life, was overweight, had to take medication for heart issues. Didn’t care what he ate, just poured lots of margarine on everything. All kinds of the fattiest foods. He lasted to 71. He died in 2017. Hoping I got lots of his genetics. Because that’s beyond strong genes

I mean my half sister and her husband from Norway will actually break our sofa and chairs and stuff. They eat so much meat. They aren’t bloated but more like pure fatty

my father was also extremely fat. But I learned to eat by my mother not my father. My father would just pour margarine and cook meat in massive amounts of margarine. Eat all kinds of fatty food. Almost all Norwegians are overweight

I am just slim naturally. So just by eating normal amounts of food I keep slim. The few times I gain weight I just eat less. But it’s different with a Mediterranean diet. It’s custom made for health and the basic nutritional needs. And that’s all I eat, typical Spanish diet.

You even made the same joke about yourself many times. Some hypocrisy going on complaining about people blocking and you are doing that yourself

Brigadier General Samuel Lyman Atwood Marshall wrote that famous book that claimed “Men Against Fire: The Problem of Battle Command, which claimed that less than 25 percent of men in combat actually fired their weapons at the enemy”
“Why this is so remains contested; Marshall argued that even with their own lives at risk, the resistance of the average individual “...toward killing a fellow man" was such that "he will not...take life if it is possible to turn away from that responsibility and at the vital point, he becomes a conscientious objector". Others argue so-called 'low fire' is a function of training and discipline, and is a positive attribute. These debates continue since understanding is crucial to overcoming them through training, as well as dealing with actual or potential combat-stress disorder.”
