Not sure. Maybe first come first served until all pending transactions are completed.
Maybe it would take days before a no fee transaction was completed. But it would end the problem of stranded sats.
They could always bump RBF their transaction if they want to move to the front of the line..😊

That's why I'm asking. Because there's more than one way to skin a cat.
Even after the fact would be effective against the biggest cheaters.
Specifically, those with the most hash rate, and most likely to cheat.
The consequences would not be worth it. Especially after the fact..🤔

Enforcing the #Bitcoin protocol is primarily the responsibility of the #virtuous nodes and Bitcoin #loyalist.
Those miners that failed or refuse to comply would be subject to getting #blackballed. The blockchain is an open #distributed #ledger.
We can know instantly who's following #protocol and who's #cheating..🧡😊🦖

It's not a "free lunch". It's part of the #Bitcoin protocol. The inventor and creator of the Bitcoin #protocol, #Satoshi #Nakamoto. Said there should always be some #free Bitcoin transactions.
So the only question is how many free #transactions for the privilege of mining Bitcoin..🤔

The #Bitcoin #core code base has become corrupted, and has to be repaired. Cleaned up and locked down.
#Bitcoin #core development has become a centralized, unaccountable clique of disloyal co-conspirators.
The Virtuous #fullnodes are responsible for overseeing Bitcoin and preventing the above.
We need a formal organization, group or committee of virtuous #fullnodes. Bitcoin loyalist and #plebs.
I propose we establish "The Bitcoin Mint". With responsibility for the oversight of the Bitcoin protocol. It's quality, purity and virtues.
Bitcoin belongs to all of us. #Satoshi gave it to us. He also designed it such that we have a self interest in protecting it.
No piece or part of the Bitcoin #protocol can be allowed to exist in it's own little bubble.
#Inscriptions and #ordinals are going to have to be removed from the #Bitcoin #core code base.
#TapRoot may have to be removed too. If it's numerous #frontdoors and #backdoors can't be shut.
"The Bitcoin mint" will need to provide a virtuous and pure #Bitcoin #core code base if Bitcoin core continues to fail to do so.
We can't allow Bitcoin to be held hostage by anyone. Bitcoin core #development has repeatedly put the cart before the horse. That's unacceptable and unsustainable.
