Everett McKay did bring “meaty” slides. My summary:
An MVP is a carefully managed illusion. Your strategy will depend on the risk of the project.
Minimal is aiming between 40-60%, with day 0, day 1, day 7 and day 30+ strategies.
Viable depends on your immediate goal:
-Consider, proceed
-Invest, invest more
-Differentiate
-Dependable
-Preferable
How important is beautiful design? Great if you want people to fall in love, bad if you want early critical feedback.
