Usually at night time I reflect on some of my vicarus traumas (mostly work related). I'm at the point where it's not even specific memories but just emotions.
Then suddenly I am rushed with the sense of gratitude because I know I'm safe and my psyche is just making sense of it all.
I train not just for the what ifs, because let's be real just exercising situational awareness can remove you from being victimized. I train because it's fun and a release.
Many are stressed, that's life, we just need healthy ways to manage and cope so that we can continue to function.
I hope you find something that lets you enjoy the rest of your conscious experiences we call life.

Go to your local gym and stress test yourself in live sparring. None of that cardio boxing, or technical sparring, legitimate striking and grappling.

There is a spectrum for conviction.
initially I read "going on all in" as selling all your Bitcoin to trade for $GME, which to me lacks poor conviction in Bitcoin. But even putting money towards $GME instead of Bitcoin seems silly on just the principles of what I consider a Bitcoiner to be, but then again as they're multiple denominations of Christianity, we too for bitcoiners and their level of conviction in the protocol.

When you're in the trenches most of your life and now get to live off the dividends of your labour it just feels strange.
