90% are asleep and have no interest in politics. They are sheeple. Simple things are unaffordable. Pubs/ coffee shops will vanish because the costs do not make sense. Charity shops are taking over the high street because they get tax exemptions. Successful people will have no choice but to exit - only aged parents keep us here but most will be making plans. Mine won’t be a tax exit but a safety and kids future exit

Hi Jeff
I have a dormant operating business - no employees and I have invested its cash into a few bitcoin. It’s a significant amount.
I’ve read almost every book including yours listened to every podcast but I am not tech savvy but I do have low time preference so I’m all in and have been 5 years - I’m 56 and have kids who are 8 and 7 - I’m assuming by the time they are 18 they will be tech savvy enough to understand bitcoin and build a business using what I’ve saved .
I really respect your views
Do you have any pointers / guidance that will help me guide them ?

No, it will only destroy your life if you let it.
It is just one wrong fork along the pathway.
We all fuck up. Some will moan about it and have lifelong regrets and others see it as an opportunity for a new beginning.
What will destroy your life is staying married when you are unhappy. Always look forward and create the future you want. Learn from the mistakes. Study why you failed. Look within yourself.
If you are from a healthy solid family background and your wife is from a fucked up background - you increase the chances of failure ( my situation ).
Everyday wasted in the wrong relationship, is a day you can’t spend in the right relationship.

So with a bit of planning and a high IQ you can live tax free off MSTR.

I agree on all of these points.
However, many cannot buy BTC direct.
In the UK we cannot buy the ETFs or BTC in a pension or investment account.
I am sure this is true in other countries also. Many funds can not hold BTC direct
but saylor is engineering ways to suck in the capital to purchase more BTC.
It’s a lucrative tax efficient investment.
‘This is a game of exiting the system not getting more fiat’ maybe your game and that’s fine long term.
My priority is to enhance the quality of life for my family, day to day and ensure they are happy, healthy and safe. Ive held BTC long before MSTR.
I’ve always viewed fiat as pleasure tokens. The more I earn the more fun I have. One must live for today as well as plan for the future.

MSTR is an IQ test.
Those that have done the work understand exactly what they hold.
Those that don’t bother doing the work will never understand.
The sad truth is that all the info is out there - free of charge for you to investigate, in abundance, answering every question and concern you may have, at your own leisure.
NO EXCUSES.
It’s only your ego stopping you.

MSTR is legally exploiting the fragility and stupidness of the system. It is exposing a relatively simple idea with multiple facets. Saylor is a calculated genius and most plebs will never understand what or how he has done it. To understand his methodology one must do the work and most people can’t be bothered.
My guess is that this will explode further as he tries to infiltrate (and become the only game in town) Wall Street.
I’m comfortable he knows exactly what he is doing.

So many people are too lazy to do the work. I have grafted so hard for 4 years, reading listening theorising on everything I could. I built a stack from 2021 and the uk govt made it so difficult to deposit to build more stack so I put cash into a growing miner - ARGO - I fucked around and found out - down 90% - lost my pension and all my tax free account . 100’s of 1000’s - I was up massive for long periods but I ended up chasing my tail due to greed stupidity and niavity.
So, I bit the bullet sold at a great loss in June 23 and got into MSTR. Read and read and read. analysed every theory watched every podcast and aped in.
I’m now back to where I wanted to be and I don’t even look at my BTC stack.
I’ve earnt this and your voice, opinions and willingness to give up your time for free has been invaluable. Thank you,
Yesterday’s Mstr crash was annoying. However, the catalysts that are on the horizon are much more compelling and for those that can’t see that , well they are just gamblers and lambs waiting to be slaughtered. God luck all

In 2017 I walked away from a business that paid me over 1m a year. I had a 1yr old daughter and my new wife, 12 years my younger still had corporate goals she wanted to reach. Even though her income is good, it was insignificant to my earning potential. However, I’d had enough. After a failed marriage and the constant drive for success I felt I had let my first child down (she was 3 at the time my wife left 2006) all my success came post 2006 and i started the grind in 2008. My first child didn’t have what I grew up with - stable home and two loving parents - I had her weekly and we are close but it has always niggled me that I failed her in this respect.
So back to 2017, I resigned, negotiated an exit from the shares, sold below market value to exit immediately.
I now have a boy and a girl 7/8 respectively whom I’ve been there daily for and I see my 20 yr old regularly.
I like to think that I am a good father rarely have cause to raise my voice and my young kids are well adjusted and very polite and happy. Both excel at school regarding people skills.
In 2020 I discovered Bitcoin and with my financial background, it clicked immediately. My new wife is a lawyer who is slowly opening her eyes to the fiat world but she isn’t ready to embrace Bitcoin so i travel this epoch alone.
In January 2025 I will have traversed my first cycle and god it’s been painful and stressful but I’m a fighter and I can see what’s going on around me. Slowly but surely my eldest daughter is now starting to get it, as I point her in the right direction of books to read . She is now asking the right questions. However, Our relationship can be stormy because she can be aggressive like her mother.
I have learnt to be patient with her and kind because this is not her fault.
Kindness and patience will rise above any trait a human can possess because that’s what makes us human. I’m a better father now than I’ve ever been.

My 20yr old daughter - who knows everything 😂 has enjoyed a private education ( Uk) achieved straight As at A level dropped out of uni ( I’m happy) and is now living with her boyfriend and getting by ok - they both work full time
I’ve told her it’s time to learn about money and wealth ( i retired at 47 and she boarded from 12 at her request - when I divorced.
She’s open to it but still immature
My initial thoughts her to get her to read some influential books on money.

MSTR will trade well beyond double within weeks. Saylor has already proven his doubters wrong and the fact is Every Bitcoin purchase increases the sats per share for shareholders. When he diluted it has the opposite effect to a normal dilution. It’s volatile like Bitcoin but its trajectory is up.
