He produces circa 500m income, annually, from customers, I assume, who value what he sells ?
He’s onboarded more people with his explanations and intelligence than any other participant bar Andreas since 2020.
Your aggressive stance towards him and those that appreciate his podcast appearances/ explanations isn’t going to help move Bitcoin forward.

I agree with most of your points..
However, the wide scale corruption within the political class all over the world is being exposed daily.
The US corruption in every institution and political party is beyond saving
We are ruled by people who are supposed to serve our needs and protect its citizens. Instead, they feed from the trough, destroy the currency and create wars that didn’t exist. At the same time, 80% of the public are not aware of what is going on and aren’t intelligent enough to ever realise they are being played.
But I still believe he is just being pragmatic for him in the situation He finds himself in. Self serving ? Yes, but you don’t become that wealthy without that. It’s a trait.

He will lose out if there’s a 6102 attack but the majority of big players would capitulate because they would want to avoid jail.
As for ‘playing in to the hands of the state ‘ he is the CEO of a listed USA company and has many fiduciary responsibilities he can’t avoid and it’s not his responsibility to be a beacon for anarchic reform.
He is protecting his interests as we all are.
Overall, I think he has been and is, good for Bitcoin.

Saylor has done more for adoption and pleb understanding in the last 4 years than any other person. Like all characters in this space, we will not agree with all that they do but his business acumen and success outshines almost every other actor in this space. We measure business success in monetary terms. His social media is successful because he explains things in a way ordinary people can understand and he carries out the courage of his convictions. “He’s a spook !”

Isn’t this him just exercising his 400000 shares he earned?
He doesn’t take a salary and these had a time lapse on them
He stated in an earnings call that he would sell around 5000 a day until around April 25th. He then stated he would buy Bitcoin with the cash.
My take was if he hadn’t have sold the shares he would have forgone the right to them ?

This is so true.
I’ve been very successful in business. I retired at 47 and Ive been studying Bitcoin for 5 years. For me, it’s about preservation of my lifetime of work and low time preference decisions that I took
I’ve read so many books - I watch anything and everything to get a rounded view. Minimum 20 hrs a week. Can I work my way around nostr- can I zap - no, do I care? No - just stack and wait because I know within 5 years, the user experience will improve so much that I do not need to navigate the Myriad of evolving technology.

My 20yr old daughter - who knows everything 😂 has enjoyed a private education ( Uk) achieved straight As at A level dropped out of uni ( I’m happy) and is now living with her boyfriend and getting by ok - they both work full time
I’ve told her it’s time to learn about money and wealth ( i retired at 47 and she boarded from 12 at her request - when I divorced.
She’s open to it but still immature
My initial thoughts her to get her to read some influential books on money.
The first book I’ve asked her to read is yours because I think it’s a great Segway into the topic - where to go next - is my question ?

But if you don’t understand the play, you won’t understand the math and you shouldn’t take part.
MSTR will trade well beyond double within weeks. Saylor has already proven his doubters wrong and the fact is Every Bitcoin purchase increases the sats per share for shareholders. When he diluted it has the opposite effect to a normal dilution. It’s volatile like Bitcoin but its trajectory is up.

It’s a UK pension pot that is self invested. MSTR is the only way you can use a tax efficient vehicle to invest in Bitcoin. ETF exposure is banned.
Direct exposure to Bitcoin is also made very difficult - it’s almost as if they don’t want you to own it - it’s for your own protection. 😉
