Bitcoin is to fiat what consciousness is to the ego.
Bitcoin is truth, base layer, energy. Fiat is a structure that we made up to try to protect ourselves from scarcity. It’s almost all pretend money/energy.
Consciousness is pure energy, real, base layer. The ego is the made up mess we have created to protect ourselves from fear. It’s just a mask.
Both bitcoin and consciousness reveal the real truths. Giving energy to anything else is misdirection and delaying your own realization.

Why does my steak in 2021 and in 2025 still cost roughly the same amount of bitcoin though? I’m measuring btc in goods and services and the deflationary collapse in bitcoin terms isn’t revealing itself.
Is it because bitcoin is sniffing out the deflationary tech/ai/robotic collapse and the existing monetary system is just delayed in that realization so prices haven’t collapsed yet?
Something is breaking my brain and I can’t figure it out! 😫

Got this from a buddy today who has been in bitcoin for ~5 years. 🤦🏻‍♂️
“I moved my cold storage btc over to Robin Hood. They have a 2% bonus promotion that ends today. I know it goes against the not your keys argument. But I wasn’t super comfortable about having it on that tiny cold wallet either.”

Something I’ve been tinkering with in my head is in the current system, you send out your energy/time to receive energy/time in the form of money. But it’s a broken system. It’s not an efficient one for one trade. Maybe it’s my input is 50 and I get 5 in return.
In a bitcoin system the only way you receive money or bitcoin back is by serving others. There are no inflationary jobs. Bitcoin imposes this on all of use. All the fat will be trimmed.
So if I want more money or BTC, I must work to obtain that money. I.e. I must serve my fellow human to receive the money. I exert energy (ethically) and I receive energy/btc in return but with a 50 input to 50 output return. The more people I serve, the more btc I receive. If you’re poor in the BTC system, the only way to make money is to serve your fellow man. BTC forces us to live a life of service to others. Can you imagine?!
It literally imposed the laws of the universe and what the masters have said and aligns with Karma Yoga.
“You reap what you sow”
Practice selfless service
So interesting. This is how God intended.

On a bitcoin standard, our ‘material wealth’ is a direct correlation of the productivity gains made by 8 billion people. So if we collectively find a way to produce food 15% more efficiently one year, everyone’s food gets cheaper by 15% that year. So many wins!

Will power is a muscle. If you don’t use it, you lose it. Not being aware of or exercising will power will put you in subconscious ‘default’ mode. Meaning your life will be run by your subconscious fears/desires, leading to suffering. Which then leads back to exercising will again because the suffering is too great to handle.
I go through this cycle many times throughout the year. When will I learn my lesson and take back my kingdom within. It’s all so tiresome.

Crazy init? I have been thinking about this too. Does my job only existing because money is getting pumped into the system to prevent the deflationary collapse? Probably…sigh

I have asked the same question Trav! I’m a project manager for a construction company with a civil degree. I want to move more of my time to the BTC community but unfortunately computer programming isn’t strong in the arsenal. I haven’t come across anything in my area where I can use BTC either.
At this point I’m just talking about it as much as I can and buying when I can, buying my time when I can start transacting in it and enjoying the abundance.
Let me know if you come up with anything else Trav! Good luck

As Jeff would say, your house is not appreciating in fiat terms, it’s falling in BTC terms. Start pricing in BTC, not fiat. It makes things simpler. https://image.nostr.build/cc5c0e11236e3c788cc1c8afd06f39b4c2fda6a571bd6d8f249925eb7b691ba4.jpg
