Last Notes npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia Easily the most annoying thing about using GrapheneOS is that you can't use Tap to Pay because MasterCard and Visa own a full monopoly over card readers and cards. I was really hoping more stores would have embraced btc and such by this point. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia I hope to hang out here more often. Only place that hasn't censored me or their platform in some way thus far. I like tighter knit communities anyway. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia Genuine question for people who take #bitcoin (are we doing hashtags here?) as payments: npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia Personally I think a lot of this stuff is hard to understand, especially for most people. Could definitely do with some condensed but not simplified explanations. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia I met a girl who grew up very religious, she loved theology. She was explaining to me a concept I had also arrived at through different means. She explained how in the original texts the devil isn't actual a being, but more like an energy that corrupts people. Or maybe she was explaining evil, I don't remember. I just remember super resonating with what she was saying as I had come to the same conclusions but not through theology. And hearing her explaining from that view point was interesting. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/2e663a3b9153ab7121a83cb35f21756854a205fa1e966b2cfcb4b78e8368062a.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia Why is it that I find deeper (What most people would call more complex) explanations easier to understand? Or maybe it's not the complexity, but rather I cannot learn by some abstraction, like I struggled to understand certain aspects of bitcoin and then someone explained to me the concept of UTXOs and I was like omg this is so much easier to understand now, a concept which is usually avoided being explained in order to simplify things. Another core unlock was when someone explained that you never hold your bitcoin, ever. You just hold the ability to access certain UTXOs on the chain or something like that, but this way of explaining things I find SO RARE and yet is so easy for me to understand. Everything else seems to be some abstraction or some simplification which isn't a true simplification because it's not accurate. And I would like to simply say I'm retarded and just understand things differently, but whenever I deeply question someone who has been taught conventionally, it turns out they don't understand it either. They were not learning to learn, they were just memorising what they were told and the jargon words. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia @hal can you explain to me like I'm 12, what is NOSTR, what is cashu, and what is primal, and how they all work together. Focus on first principals explanations. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia I don't know about primal but it could certainly be built on top of NOSTR. At the end of the day I supposed I'd have to wonder what is the requirements of an ideal publishing platform. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia FiboSwanny npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/c86db2ea43d956438b21e2d02a670a71747eea29d3f845b72f0557985facc5bc.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/5e23e47208695a5c89ad801671449c4d4cc6aa2136ecccba0b8ed2a57946a4fa.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/b2abc0213f764f5f431b19f408734e2676fccb49fbdcc678672b7e8889614596.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/80a5bb432fb29e628e9144ab6a5f8933c928fdae0281a7711269d1ae010512a5.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/749722e1d5b700ec7e68db3eee1e620823492e84d887d22bdc8de6e34eae75c4.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/d39e35f0945a5f30cc343f047309c0f5675cdb27b1c642b74a831e6662ccc854.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/9444ddd957cd40a1cbd6a143e17f3aab189bb0ccf0bec640049a68efda728e06.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/7cf26e4ca83fb29a14588e16792c916eec10e75bfd3386069ff87e952b3e7770.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/a3f910894296fb7dd5d6072c6e5c664d18ab92622343ace9d9f1a5ce87b36867.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia https://blossom.primal.net/3e507cf107921b4e3dba9b677ba8568521bee19c51580664d296b3250e7249bb.jpg npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia Good correction. Time to decentralize. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia I mean, if it works it works. I can see a way for bots to game it which isn't ideal, and also it ends up meaning pay for growth/views/interactions, but I think it's still an okay system and not hugely different than any other system out there. People do need incentives in some form or another. Inevitably the market will pay out the best posts. Whatever best ends up meaning. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia Money is always a good incentive, even in small amounts. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia I met a writer who did something similar; turned to writing to help with her trauma and pain. She ended up publishing a book after quite a while of writing, and now teaches it to others. She always encouraged consistency over anything else, and to write from the body, not the mind. npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia Downloaded the app just to do it (Doesn't work on web) npub18raln467fhdgkhpwn8aqcnr2p83944ecddemast9j0x6ermwa6ws5ph993 baiaphilia Made a new NOSTR account because my old one was buggy and not working properly.
