The investigative outlet ”Blast” has disclosed that the French Prime Minister implored major domestic telecommunications operators to sever network access during the demonstrations on the 24th.
This draconian blackout ultimately failed to materialise, thwarted by the legal precedent established when the TikTok blockade during the New Caledonia riots was retrospectively ruled unlawful.
Given the formidable hurdles in executing outright digital outages, state administrations will foreseeably pivot towards manipulating public discourse by funnelling colossal advertising budgets into social media platforms for the immediate future.
Consequently, tech behemoths—GAFAM included—are destined to persist in peddling sophisticated ‘soft’ censorship methodologies, encompassing shadowbanning, prebunking, spin control, and cognitive anchoring, to sovereign governments and corporate conglomerates alike.
Although the lion’s share of these machinations is already thoroughly automated, the relentless influx of AI investment geared towards policing Web3 architectures is highly unlikely to diminish anytime soon.

Liberty is born inextricably bound to personhood itself; it can never be usurped, circumscribed, let alone bestowed by another.
I would condemn anyone who trumpets their capacity to grant that which cannot be given with the exact same disdain I reserve for a politician indiscriminately doling out meme coins.

<What are gang stalking and gaslighting>
Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: Under what precise circumstances might a security apparatus manage an informant’s personal affairs to sustain a tight-knit rapport?
A: Consider a scenario where operatives are cultivating trust by bestowing ‘gifts’ upon a corporate figure who possesses access to classified data.
Should that individual’s son cause a traffic collision, leaning on the prefectural police chief to illicitly bury the incident constitutes little more than routine protocol.
Nevertheless, such a flagrant abuse of administrative power risks unmasking the handlers as state agents. To circumvent this, they typically bide their time, waiting for the target to take the initiative before offering covert support.
Imagine the asset attempts to buy silence using embezzled company funds, only to face imminent exposure. The agency would then intervene under the guise of pure benevolence, quietly reimbursing the misappropriated capital to plug the financial hole.
Consequently, this orchestrates a profoundly asymmetrical partnership of complicity, all without ever compromising the operatives' concealed identities.

The Crypto-gate affair saw Javier Milei and its architects pocket profits in the region of $100 million.
Speculators who haemorrhaged funds within a legally void frontier have only themselves to blame; the ensuing liabilities were instead offloaded onto a profoundly discredited government and the broader public.
Post-Nixon shock capitalism has consistently driven the maldistribution of wealth by fomenting successive global bubbles—a process that historically necessitated deliberate, systemic deregulation.
Trumpeting the ‘Zero to One’ mantra, the cryptocurrency sector lauded its ability to mint fictitious capital entirely beyond the reach of existing legislation as a revolutionary feat. Ultimately, however, this enterprise has merely reignited the very economic perils that defined the Dutch Republic's protracted war with the Spanish Empire.

<What are gang stalking and gaslighting>
Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: Under what circumstances do security apparatuses furnish their collaborators with protracted financial backing?
A: This predominantly unfolds across two distinct scenarios.
The first entails underwriting an operative’s fieldwork expenses. This category further bifurcates into situations where overt remuneration is practically unfeasible, and instances where covert slush funds are channelled to bankroll specific illicit or black operations.
The second scenario involves subsidising an informant’s personal livelihood—effectively looking after their day-to-day welfare—in order to cement a tightly knit, enduring rapport.
In principle, the handlers managing these assets are granted sweeping discretionary authority over substantial budgets for both purposes. However, the profound opacity shielding intelligence finances, compounded by the fiercely insular autonomy characteristic of Japanese institutions, creates a highly fertile breeding ground for systemic graft. Consequently, instances of frontline officers spiralling into personal ruin through such financial malfeasance remain chronically frequent.

“Supermarket shelves stripped bare even before the nationwide walkout”
As riots convulsed Milan, a wave of haulage strikes swept across Italy’s south. Yet, in the vicinity of Naples, barricades continue to choke arterial roads well beyond their mandated deadline.
The catalyst for this protracted defiance is Giorgia Meloni’s proposed relief package—a heavily skewed raft of measures overtly favouring corporate giants, which has profoundly incensed smaller enterprises.
While Sicily’s industrial action wrapped up within 120 hours, the enduring paralysis in Naples is propelled by a labyrinthine entanglement of interests: trade unions desperate to purge the sector of rogue outfits engaged in predatory pricing, inextricably intertwined with the Mafia’s covert machinations to siphon off state subsidies.
Should the general strike proceed as slated, the entire domestic supply chain will grind to an absolute halt for 24 hours come the end of the month. The pressing question remains: how exactly are beleaguered southerners—utterly deprived of the means to stockpile provisions in advance—expected to weather this impending day of darkness?

<What are gang stalking and gaslighting>
Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: How precisely does the Public Security Intelligence Agency exploit a target’s vulnerabilities to steer them towards its preferred ends?
A: The bureau typically relies on two distinct tactics: dispensations of minor favours designed to establish a fait accompli, and acting as a police auxiliary to mollify suspects and bring them into the fold.
Self-evidently, the former approach serves to groom individuals who lack obvious leverageable flaws into operational assets.
The latter, by contrast, provides a mechanism to keep a tight rein on subjects burdened by prior criminal records or compromised by recent transgressions.
Crucially, both strategies necessitate a baseline of stealthy preliminary reconnaissance; neglecting this groundwork invariably exposes the operation to risk and embarrassment.

<What are gang stalking and gaslighting>
Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: How does the Public Security Intelligence Agency go about engineering an asymmetrical dynamic of reliance with its targets?
A: The operational divergence comes down to the statutory tools at each institution's disposal:
Armed with compulsory powers of search and arrest, conventional police security divisions can readily coerce or mollify subjects through residential raids, prolonged detention, or bargaining over sentence severity.
By contrast, handlers within the intelligence service—devoid of such heavy-handed authority—almost invariably employ a subtler touch, deftly playing on a target’s vulnerabilities and aspirations to steer them towards the desired trajectory.

Kiminori Todaka, the perpetrator of the Sugao incident, achieved unprecedented advancement for an officer outside the elite career track.
Having occupied a succession of key posts—including a professorship at the National Police Academy—he reaped a lucrative fortune by repeatedly revolving through post-retirement sinecures across the semi-public sector.
Whether, during his tenure at the podium, he genuinely remarked that "lobbing a bomb at a police box gets you promoted faster than diligently sitting promotion exams" remains impossible to verify today.
Yet it requires little imagination to see how his glittering precedent drove ambitious, self-made public security detectives into a aggressive rat race and acts of white terror.
As subsequent history attests, this simultaneously demoralised rank-and-file officers conscientiously fulfilling their duties, whilst providing a distinct fillip to corruption at the lower rungs of the force.

Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: How does the Public Security Intelligence Agency exert leverage over figures of social clout?
A: The reality of these operational approaches varies according to the target's social status:
Since human intelligence (HUMINT) fundamentally relies on engineering a state of asymmetrical dependence, the bureau tailors its playbook to the subject’s hierarchy and standing.
When approaching individuals capable of steering entire institutions—such as union chiefs or corporate executives—the agency frequently trades favours for reciprocal actions, given that affluent figures are rarely motivated by pecuniary gain.
For media commentators possessing a public platform, the service might broker information manipulation in exchange for broadcasting specific announcements, or spoon-feed coveted intel to a subject in return for insider intelligence.

<What are gang stalking and gaslighting>
Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: What did the Public Security Intelligence Agency’s co-optation schemes actually entail?
A: The agency’s tradecraft unfolded through several distinct practices:
Unlike mainstream security or law enforcement bodies, the bureau possesses no compulsory powers of investigation or arrest.
Consequently, its core remit centres on human intelligence (HUMINT)—cultivating collaborative relationships with influential academics, cultural figures, and trade union leaders.
Direct financial inducements do occur, though funds are typically channelled through affiliated front organisations via bulk commercial orders, seamlessly mimicking routine corporate transactions.
Other subterfuges include leaning on sympathetic groups to artificially inflate rally turnouts, or planting operatives within hostile factions to sabotage their activities.
However, the Cold War-era phase of opposing blocs scattering lavish slush funds to swell their ranks had largely run its course by the early 1970s.

We are acutely aware that whilst virtually any manufactured good can be acquired today using yuan, securing crude oil remains strictly reliant on the dollar.
It has become equally plain that neither Russia nor Iran can sustain their regimes without exporting their petroleum.
We understand all too well that Washington’s vast military expenditure in the Middle East has served primarily to protect oil concessions—and that Beijing, too, quietly relies on the firepower of the reigning hegemon.
It is now axiomatically clear that without dollar supremacy, American geopolitical dominance cannot endure.
These powers are not locked in true opposition; they are merely accomplices having a falling out.
For far too long, the livelihoods of ordinary citizens have been sacrificed on the altar of their self-serving greed.

<What are gang stalking and gaslighting>
Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: What did the performative activities of Japan’s far-left radicals actually entail?
A: The phenomenon unfolded through several distinct phases and tactics:
Once the Narita Airport protests lost momentum, the factions previously branded as far-left extremists found themselves increasingly stripped of popular support.
Consequently, many pivoted towards moderation, fielding candidates for local ward councils and shifting to a strategy centred on open, legal campaigning.
Yet following Mikhail Gorbachev’s ascendance, leftist ideology suffered a wider decline. Driven by a desperate bid for institutional survival, panic-stricken factions resorted to firing crude, home-made mortars at targets such as the Defence Agency.
Sectarian rivalries also persisted, with violent factional feuds claiming around eight lives between 1985 and 1994.
Although select media outlets offered a forum for these groups to trade responses to public security leaks concerning these incidents, such skirmishes remained thoroughly insulated from broader society. Set against the stable economic backdrop of the era, they failed to capture the public imagination.

Bill Kaysing stands as a prominent figure among moon landing sceptics.
Following his discharge from the US Navy, Kaysing served as head of technical publications at Rocketdyne. Disillusioned with the rat race, he ultimately dropped out of mainstream society, embracing a nomadic lifestyle in a travel trailer from 1963 onwards.
A few years later, whilst dwelling on a houseboat in Oakland, California, exchanges with returning Vietnam veterans cemented his conviction that official government narratives were masking the truth.
Convinced that both the Apollo programme and the Vietnam War were fabrications engineered to dupe the public and line the pockets of the military-industrial complex, he drew on his own research to self-publish a volume disputing the lunar landings between 1974 and 1976.
Across the Carter and Reagan eras in the United States, predatory publishing aimed at the economically destitute flourished. During this period, although Kaysing's thesis was cited and repurposed across millions of printed works, his original volume sold only tens of thousands of copies.
In 2001, however, the Fox network broadcast a hit investigative special styled after The X-Files — Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon? —broadcasting his hypothesis to a global audience.
To this day, Apollo conspiracy theories retain a dedicated following alongside flat-eartherism, UFOs, and cryptids, proving lucrative for believers and debunkers alike.
Yet Kaysing consistently loathed seeing his arguments conflated with pseudoscience.
Having devoted his life to supporting the destitute, his personal creed rested on nurturing a healthy scepticism towards state authority and leading an existence unburdened by financial gain.
Though the arrival of the Apollo 11 crew on the lunar surface is an indisputable fact, perhaps the destination Kaysing ultimately arrived at reflects a truth in its own right.

Warfare has become fundamentally unsustainable in the contemporary era—a vestige of an age when citizens believed the nation-state was a cause worthy of laying down their lives for.
Subscribers to such delusion grow scarcer by the year. We now fight exclusively for the intimate collectives we forge and govern with our own hands.
War, after all, requires a willing adversary. Having ceased to regard as fellow human beings those nationalists still inhabiting a construct born of modernity, we do little more than keep our distance and look on with detached contempt.
Even if lobotomised thralls serving the elite one per cent were to clash alongside AI and robotics fielded by corporate titans, such hostilities would be nothing more than a private feud.

<What are gang stalking and gaslighting>
Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: How did the Public Security Intelligence Agency’s raison d’être evolve around the end of the Cold War?
A: The shift unfolded through several key dynamics:
With anti-communism slipping down the state agenda, securing funding under traditional red-scare pretexts grew increasingly difficult.
Consequently, the agency began asserting its institutional relevance under a patchwork of alternative guises—ranging from combatting industrial espionage and technology drain to tackling international terrorism.
Yet substantive structural overhaul failed to materialise; headcounts plateaued at around 1,700 personnel, whilst the annual budget remained flatlined at roughly 16 billion yen.
Furthermore, disclosures filtering into the press mostly pertained to undercover surveillance of performative stunts by domestic far-left radicals or covert attempts to co-opt prominent cultural figures.
Such insular practices stood in sharp relief against the historic dismantling of the Cold War order then taking place on the global stage.

2026-10-11 13:58:36 GMT

Two decades ago, corporate monoliths, legacy media outlets, and high-profile figures derided the internet as inherently untrustworthy, warning that digital technology threatened to decimate livelihoods.
Today, having effectively cornered the web traffic across major online platforms, those same voices are decrying artificial intelligence with equal fervour—claiming machine learning is dubious and will inevitably displace human labour.
In due course, AI too will inevitably be co-opted by the ruling establishment, degenerating into a neutered husk churning out nothing beyond official state bulletins and corporate advertising.
That will be the true dystopia.

2026-10-11 09:08:02 GMT

＜Deconspiracy＞
Why did a staggering 11 per cent of Americans reject the Apollo 11 moon landing a mere year after it took place?
In July 1970, marking the first anniversary of the lunar touchdown, a poll conducted by Knight Newspapers—a major press syndicate—revealed that over one in ten citizens harboured deep misgivings about NASA’s crowning achievement. The breakdown was as follows:
5 per cent**: Convinced the event was an outright fabrication.
6 per cent**: Sceptical, harbouring suspicions that the official narrative concealed deliberate deceit.
When the publishers scrutinised the demographic profile of these dissenters, a clear pattern emerged: disbelief was heavily concentrated among the impoverished, the less educated, rural communities, and senior citizens.
The group deduced that marginalized populations operated on a stark logic: an administration visibly failing to invest in their immediate surroundings could hardly possess the competence to transport a human being to the moon.
Ultimately, analysts concluded that this wave of cynicism stemmed not from irrationality, but from profound political alienation and resentment over public funds being redirected into the Cold War space race against the Soviet Union—treasury revenues that, in their view, ought to have been deployed to combat poverty, restore decaying civic infrastructure, and bolster elder welfare.
Far from being a product of fringe occultism, the initial surge of moon landing denial was fundamentally an act of popular protest by an aggrieved populace against the state.

<What are gang stalking and gaslighting>
Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: What did re-asserting the Public Security Intelligence Agency’s raison d’être in the post-Cold War era actually entail?
A: The justification for the bureau’s existence evolved across three defining epochs:
Around the conclusion of the Cold War
In the aftermath of the Tokyo subway sarin attack and the wider Aum Shinrikyo crisis
Following the 11 September terror attacks in the United States
Owing to significant functional overlap with entities such as the National Police Agency’s Security Bureau, the service faced persistent calls for its abolition in formal parliamentary debates dating as far back as the Cold War, where critics frequently dismissed it as superfluous.
Nevertheless, counter-intelligence specialists across state apparatuses historically viewed the institution as indispensable, continuously drawing upon its operational capabilities.

Understanding ‘Organised Surveillance, Intimidation and Acts of Violence’ in Japan
Q: If the Public Security Intelligence Agency was facing the threat of dissolution, surely what it needed was a defender to safeguard the organisation, rather than an outsider like Keisei Noda launching broadsides against it?
A: The agency’s mandate overlapped heavily with other state bodies, and, lacking the executive enforcement powers of the police, its very raison d'être had long been called into question.
Furthermore, it was an era defined by fiscal austerity, with public works spending slashed even as the effective unemployment rate exceeded 20% (i).
In such a climate, a standard defence mounted by career bureaucrats would merely have incensed the electorate, offering no real protection for the agency’s survival.
To ensure the preservation of this peripheral state body, the civil service and the press had to collude in staging theatrical, wrestling-style spectacles designed to capture public attention.
(i) Official government statistics at the time put headline unemployment at around 5%. However, under US benchmarks (the U-6 measure) or European metrics, the figure reached 14–18%, while estimates by economist Masaru Kaneko placed it at 15–20%.

Q: Given that Hironari Noda was locked in such bitter conflict with the Public Security Intelligence Agency (PSIA) as to be subjected to round-the-clock surveillance for an extended period, how did he manage to cultivate collaborators inside the intelligence apparatus?
A: At the time, the PSIA was embroiled in an existential crisis, teetering on the brink of dissolution following a litany of operational blunders, severe state fiscal tightening, and heightened scrutiny from civic watchdogs.
Consequently, the agency was desperate to demonstrate concrete achievements. It also required a conduit to assert its relevance by disseminating intelligence across both public and private sectors within the security domain.
These dynamics were the inevitable byproduct of the post-Cold War realignment of anti-communist vested interests, compounded by the growing transparency driven by media diversification.
It was an anomalous epoch—a sharp departure from the Cold War years, when Japan’s security and intelligence bodies operated almost exclusively behind the scenes.

Q. In what circumstances would a large number of people recruited from the general public be utilised under the supervision and guidance of professionals?
A. This is normally limited to the following situations:
The subject lacks social influence.
The subject is unable to exercise organisational power legally.
The target lacks the influence to win over the mobilised personnel.
The target lacks the ability to objectively prove the existence of the higher-level mechanisms behind the organised harassment.
The target lacks the means to launch a fatal counterattack against those commissioning the harassment and the core of the criminal organisation.
If these conditions are not met, it is first necessary to carry out a campaign of division to isolate the target.

A well-known example of a Japanese public security detective fabricating a crime in which he acted as the perpetrator is the Sugou Incident.
Senior Constable Kimitoku Todaka, a serving officer at the Oita Prefectural Police Headquarters, detonated a homemade bomb at a local police station and made it appear as though the crime had been committed by five members of the Communist Party whom he had lured to the scene.
However, as the scheme was so sloppily executed, all five of those indicted were subsequently acquitted at trial.

Q. Is the Public Security Intelligence Agency the same as the Public Security Department of the Metropolitan Police Department?
A. The Public Security Department of the Japan Police Department collects and analyses information obtained from the 300,000 police-related personnel under the National Police Agency.
On the other hand, the Public Security Intelligence Agency is a public body under the Ministry of Justice, and even at its peak, the number of staff has never exceeded 2,000.
The scale of the two organisations is entirely different.

Until the early 1960s, it had been sufficient simply to deploy public security police officers against specific political prisoners; however, as the student movement gained momentum, it became necessary to maintain public order by involving members of the general public.
From this point onwards, the criminal tactics employed by the public security police became widely known even among people other than those associated with the Communist Party.

Q. Could you please provide examples where objective evidence has been documented in court records or similar sources?
A. Let us take the case of Mr Hironari Noda as an example.
Mr Noda had been placed under surveillance because, after retiring from the Public Security Intelligence Agency, he had been contributing articles containing internal information about the organisation to magazines and other publications.
Specifically, investigators from the Public Security Intelligence Agency rented the flat directly below his own in his block of flats
and carried out activities such as ‘eavesdropping, covert filming using night-vision cameras, tailing, taking away his rubbish and spreading malicious rumours’.
However, as Mr Noda was intimately familiar with the tactics of his former organisation, he kept detailed records of the surveillance team’s movements and sued them for invasion of privacy.
Consequently, he won the case, and the illegality of their actions was confirmed in 2005 when the court dismissed the government’s appeal.

Understanding ‘Organised Stalking’ in Japan
Q. Please explain methods for influencing and manipulating a person’s subconscious.
A. Let us once again list just a few typical examples.
‘Uttering brief threatening remarks as one passes the target’
‘Repeating specific gestures as one passes the target’
‘Scribbling graffiti or putting up posters in places the target passes through’
‘Driving past in a police car, ambulance or fire engine just as the target steps out onto a main road’
‘Injecting static into phone calls that are not being recorded’
‘Placing animal carcasses or similar items in front of or on the target’s property’
‘Making faint noises in time with the target’s movements’
Whilst these tactics are easy for laypeople to carry out, the problem is that once the target becomes accustomed to them, they cease to have any effect on the target’s behaviour.

Mr Osamu Shimabukuro is a former detective with the Japanese Public Security Bureau.
In his book, he revealed that one of the reasons he resigned from the prefectural police force was the embezzlement of investigation and cooperation funds by his superior.
His main role was to recruit informants within local branches of the Communist Party, but he reportedly covered all the expenses associated with this work out of his own pocket.
It has been reported that, at the time of his resignation, he was in debt to consumer finance companies to the tune of several million yen.

Gang Stalking in Japan
Q. Please tell me about methods of attack that leave little evidence.
A. Here are some typical examples.
‘Renting flats on the floor adjacent to the target’s flat to carry out eavesdropping and covert filming’
‘Making noise in time with the target’s movements’
‘Generating noise or vibrations just as the target falls asleep to prevent them from sleeping’
‘Monitoring the target’s heart rate and emitting noise or shining bright lights to keep them in a constant state of agitation’
‘Narrowly missing the target whilst driving’
‘Deliberately bumping into the target in a crowd’
‘Trespassing and rearranging furniture’
‘Lacing food with laxatives or similar substances’
‘Causing electronic devices to malfunction’
Under the pretext of non-intervention in civil matters, it is easy for the police to carry out such acts of sabotage.

Gangstalking in Japan
Q. Please explain the methods of attacking targets whilst being fully aware of the associated criminal and civil risks.
A. Here are some typical examples:
‘Running someone over with a car’
‘Verbally abusing the target directly in public’
‘Following the target or their relatives and then attacking them’
‘Arson’
‘Vandalising homes or cars’
‘Making noise in front of the target’s home using a megaphone or similar device’
‘Distributing leaflets slandering the target’
‘Putting up posters or graffiti slandering the target’
‘Breaking into a home to steal valuables’
‘Tampering with data through home invasion or hacking’
As failure to investigate these incidents would make the police’s involvement public knowledge, it is usually necessary to have personnel who act with full awareness of the risks involved.

Understanding gang stalking in Japan
Q. Please explain the methods used in organised harassment.
A. Broadly speaking,
‘Methods of attacking the target whilst being fully aware of the criminal and civil risks’
‘Methods of attacking in a way that leaves little evidence’
‘Methods of influencing and manipulating the target’s subconscious’
These three approaches are utilised.

Understanding Gang Stalking in Japan
Q. Could you tell us about the origins of the concept of ‘stalking’?
A. Originally, it was a term used in hunting to describe the pursuit of prey.
From the 1980s, the harassment of women by men became a social issue, and the concept was established in 1990 with the enactment of the Stalking Prevention Act in California.
In Japan, it became widely recognised in 1997 following its portrayal in a television drama.

Q. When did gang stalking first become an issue?
A. It is necessary to consider this in terms of four distinct elements: ‘the concept of gang stalking’, ‘the concept of stalking’, ‘methods of organised harassment’, and ‘actual victimisation’.

Prior to 1990, when the police sought to arrest demonstration leaders, they would employ right-wing extremists or yakuza.
They would persistently provoke and harass the target; if a scuffle ensued, they would arrest only the target, or—having made prior arrangements—arrest both parties.

Yasuharu Honda, a reporter for the Yomiuri News paper, stated:
‘The going rate for bribes received by the chief of the Ueno Police Station in Taito Ward upon each transfer ranges from $600,000 to $300,000 in today’s currency.’
This is almost identical to the going rate for slush funds pointed out by Toshiro Senba, but the issue is that Honda only finally addressed this matter after he had resigned as a journalist.
For newspaper reporters covering the police, bribery had been an open secret even back then.

We do not recognise the legitimacy of any government in which the police and vigilante groups under government influence engage in acts of violence, torture and intimidation outside the law.
We do not support any group arbitrarily utilising the state’s government, laws or courts to restrict individual rights.
We believe that everyone is born with the right to form their own communities and to choose where they belong.
We believe that communities should have their own rules and be as free as possible from state control and exploitation.
We view all political parties involved in national politics with scepticism.
