Replacement cost shouldn't be ignored, and nuclear is still somewhat undersold in this analysis(the extreme edge cases for long duration generation reductions in renewables aren't accounted for, e.g.) but medium-to-long horizon replacement time frames shouldn't be evaluated with current costs in the renewable space.

Yeah, they don't tell you how those numbers are normalized, so it just looks like a bunch of 40ish% things.
But every one of those those indices is 50%=neutral growth indexed. So a PMI of 50% means half of businesses are making more manufacturing purchases and half are making less than a year ago.
47.2% is anemic as hell. 46% employment index is also bad. above 50% for price index is ALSO BAD. ALL BAD.
